Zerooo- 0000 stars - I had a very bad experience from this company! They say the part will arrive in 3 days! Part was delayed 12 days! When it got delivered the box was damaged so was the part! They refund you just the part cost $400 not the shipment cost! They VERYYY bad in Communication and they hung up on you! Don’t even try to go through all this try different company!

I ordered 1 screw and experience was awesome lol. The priority box they sent the $6 screw in could hold up to 70 pounds. Could've saved a lot of money on delivery if used a tiny box. Size does matter people!

Dealing with AutoPartsPrime.com was fine. They delivered the part in a timely fashion (a piece of plastic seat trim) which installed fine. However, the part broke again within three weeks of installing it, so I'm pretty much back to square one with it. Kind of frustrating, but not really their fault I guess.

This company is a complete scam!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. I ordered a sensor for a Toyota Venza, but I was sent a trunk mat for a Toyota Prius instead. Despite numerous emails, the company has refused to provide a satisfactory resolution.

They initially agreed to refund my money if I returned the incorrect item. However, knowing that my order was shipped to Armenia via a US carrier, they failed to provide a return shipping label, which would cover the cost of shipping. Instead, they dismissed my legitimate requirement, stating that international shipping is outside their responsibility.

Their refusal to acknowledge their responsibility began when they sent the wrong product and continues with their failure to facilitate a proper return process. They expect me to incur additional shipping costs, which exceed the value of the refund.

The company’s conduct has been extremely unprofessional and dismissive. I have never encountered such arrogance from a business in any country. I urge potential customers to beware of this company, as they prioritize their convenience over customer satisfaction. I hope this review reaches a wide audience and that this company's poor practices are exposed.
