Great service and rapid delivery of the…

Great service and rapid delivery of the part I ordered, my only reason for not giving 5 stars was the part was not the right one for my vehicle and i think it was not clear to me (quite possibly I'm too thick) about whether the part I identified would actually be correct. It looked from the image of the car on the website that it was the correct vehicle, however it wasn't!

Hey Presto

I was having great difficulty in finding rear brake calipers for my S500L, I was lead to believe there were none available in the UK!!!
Sent the Vin No to Autoparts and HEY PRESTO job done.

Nightmare

Brake master was fitted before as seals were out of place and box was opened before. Phone to check if the part inside was correct. They had no clue. Send more photos, wanted more photos and more photos. Rejected the item. No refund yet they made it hard. Update. Autopartspro reply does not cover the issue that the box was opened and the part was used before. I am not alone with a bad experience with this company. They ship from Germany you will have a wait time and returns are back to Germany.
Update:- purchased 20/11/2020 now 16/02/2021 still no refund. Emil promised refund in 1-3 days just lies. Second Email stating I have to cancel the dispute before they can issue refund. This is how scamer tries to trick you in making a error then you are on your own trying to get your money back. buy from autopartspro order confirmed by autodoc and your payment goes to pkwteile.de. PayPal involved since 28/12/2020 and are a waste of space.

Appalling after-sales service

I ordered a new Hella light cluster from this company, using their online catalogue to identify the correct part. The order arrived within 7 days but unfortunately they sent a RH unit instead of the LH unit ordered. It would seem that they have muddled the identification pictures of LH and RH in their catalogue.

I have emailed them now three times within a 10 day period to point out their mistake and ask them to arrange to send the correct unit but they have not responded. Clearly this is extremely poor customer service which is disappointing. I dont particularly blame them for their mistake - anybody can make a mistake. But I do hold them accountable for not rectifying it, or even responding when the issue is pointed out to them. I would not recommend the company for this reason.

As an aside, I have also tried to post a review along the above lines on the review section of their own website. Unsurprisingly, it has not been published, and they maintain their 'average rating' of 4.96 out of 5!!

Terrible company. Dishonest and unreliable. Never again.

Ordered 1st October. 11th Oct not even dispatched. No communication to say why. They blamed pandemic. They blamed me. Then said it would be dispatched within hours but 10 days later had to cancel the order. Why so dishonest and misleading? Will definitely avoid using this company again. Despite their .co.uk website, they are not UK based. Totally abysmal. Unfortunately I had to award one star for this review. Should be none.

Their website says "FAST DELIVERY". This is a lie.

Their website says "Fast Delivery" but I haven't received what I ordered a week later and have an MOT due very soon. This is unacceptable. Please AVOID!

You will pay slightly more at places like Amazon or Opie Oils but you can get what you need a lot faster.

Update 27/09/2020: It took 10 days to receive my goods! I ordered on Tuesday 15/09/2020 and it arrived on Friday 25/09/2020. This is not what I would call "Fast Delivery" it is VERY SLOW. Please avoid!

Buyer beware

This is a German company hiding behind a .co.uk web site and their delivery service is appalling.

I placed my order on 7th September. On 11 September I received an email confirming order was ready to dispatch. 17th September goods have still not arrived. The tracking site says 'in transit'. Waiting to hear from customer services.

Ironically, my order was delivered the day I left this review.

Yes, you can check the location of a company, but the immediate impression of the site is that it is UK based. Again, buyer beware.

avoid this company

avoid this company - money taken instantly from account for parts ordered, no delivery /confirmation received, emails requesting information not responded too, waste of space.......... and as pointed out by others its not a UK supplier now have to attempt to recover money
