Ordered a part for my exhaust
Ordered a part for my exhaust, no lead time when I paid, no shipping date, which I thought was odd as £8.50 shipping for a small rubber part I had assumed it would arrived quickly, obviously I need this as soon as possible it was only a small rubber connector for the exhaust so I checked online, the company is actually German, contacted live chat within minutes to be told I may not be able to cancel the order, that is will take up to 2 working days to dispatch, and then upto 3 working days to arrive, and that they can't confirm the cancelation as its a 3rd party distributor in the UK (not sure I believe them)
They even auto-replied to my complaint e-mail in German
Update: they where quick enough to e-mail me and tell me the order can't be cancelled as it had already been passed to the courier, so I order the item at 1PM. at 1.05PM I'm on live chat requesting a cancelation, but 2.30 they claimed they've posted it off?
Well paypal have already refunded me so stick it

Ordered LUK fly wheel specifically was looking LUK. To make sure it matches LUK clutch kit. Found 1 one here they have other brands like SACHS and others but ordered LUK. And what do you think when it's arrived in LUK box but SACHS Flywheel in it. I know it all fit and it will work ok. But I would like to get what I paid for. Local part dealer could get me SACHS fly wheel for about £100 less then they charge me. When contacted been offered £25 voucher. I did offer to keep it. I better let other know about this scaming plate. Also this is autodoc place witch i didn't know as newer buying parts from there

Mass airflow sensor
Odered my item on Sunday and it was with me on Friday afternoon. My item came from Poland so 5 working days for delivery is acceptable. One complaint I have is that this Company has a UK email address suggesting they are based in the UK but, they are part of the Autodoc group based in Germany which they should make clear to customers.
