I bought a car radio from pumpkin for my vw passat 2010, it is great.
Including navigation, bluetooth, radio. Just a little noise sometimes, i can accept it completely.
Cost the money, 5 stars.

This company or their products certainly aren't recommended by me. I purchased a double din touchscreen stereo, the first unit failed within 7 months (screen detached from unit) and I was asked to contributed toward a new unit. Eventually got them to replace it 'under UK warranty', but I did have to pay return courier costs. The replacement has now totally failed touchscreen and the unit is unusable (just 12 months with not a lot of use as it is in my campervan). Again, they asked me for money toward a new touchscreen, when I refused, they dropped the amount of money I should pay, and when I refused again they have stopped responding altogether. So I am stuck with a unit that I cannot control or use.
It would seem they have a 6 month manufacturers warranty on their touchscreens according to the emails I have from them, and an 18 month warranty. Neither unit I had lasted beyond 12 months.
Please don't waste your money.

Terrible company I purchased a 2din car stereo and they never delivered .they were fooling me that they send it they even gave me a tracking code which it was a code for pre order to dhl and they never deliver it to dhl.
I had to make a claim through PayPal to get my money back after 2,weeks.they would not refund me

Do not buy from them.

I ordered a car HiFi from this company BEFORE reading reviews on here and other sites and it's just been an absolute disaster from beginning to end. I decided pretty quickly after the purchase that I wanted to cancel it, and then found to my frustration that the only way to contact them is via a contact form on their site, which they evidently don't check very often as they completely ignored my request and the next thing I knew was that I had an email from DPD saying that it was going to be getting delivered.

As soon as I received the item, I sent them a 1st class recorded letter informing that it would be getting returned in 2 days and duly sent it (out of my own pocket) back to them via DPD recorded delivery and they responded by sending me an email with the correct address etc to send it to. I checked the tracking yesterday which was showing that it had been delivered, so I responded to their email. They responded today saying that they had not received it and then had the cheek to say that I would only be getting a 95% refund.

I'm taking this to trading standards as this company is an absolute joke. Avoid them at all costs!

Product has no backup!
Bought a unit 3years ago it had very little use and went to use to find not working , needed replacement part and then problems,I don’t speak Chinese and customer service was not helpful was told unit too old buy a new one. In Australia parts must be available for 5years.
This is second problem with unit and problems each time .
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Product may have all the bells and whistles but in the end if it stops working and can’t be repaired it is just a heap of junk.

I've tried two units from Pumpkin. Don't whatever you do purchase via their official websites, when the unit is faulty they do all they possibly can to avoid refunding you the money (asking you to return it to China, not refunding postal costs, delaying PayPal claims until the last possible moment, the list goes on).

Both units behaved in exactly the same way, constantly rebooting, and asking for help via email and the official Pumpkin support forum was a complete waste of time.

So if you want sub-standard support and a unit which reboots regularly, buy a Pumpkin unit. I've had far more success with a Panlelo (from Aliexpress) unit which cost less than half of what this one did.

I'm still waiting for a refund of my return postage costs. And typically, they are asking me to remove bad reviews before they issue a refund!!!!

Really good value product. Fitted easily in my Ford Focus 2010 model. Could do with better instructions with the unit. Clearly translated from Chinese and not all that helpful. Worth noting, you must change the time zone to GMT in order for Playstore to work.

Stay a way from this site bought a car stereo from them it was supposed to be a pumpkin stereo they told me it was wince bought a backup camera 1 month now haven't recive nothing it says 5 to 7 please stay a way from this site

Could not recommend Pumpkin stereos or their service more. Have had two android stereos now, they are one of the best additions to any car that I've ever bought. Their customer service/after sales team are very helpful, and will assist with getting the exact functionality needed from your unit. I will use this company again in the future!

Had bought from them and it was said to be shipped out within 3 days, while i waited for 4 days and it is still not shipped from the warehouse, and wrote emails to them, nobody replied until i contact them on facebook, and they replied that the item was out of stock, i was really really angrey due to my urge of usage of the car stereo, i will never buy from them, untrustedworthy seller. Untrusted website.

Had bought from them, in the website it says ship from UK warehouse, but actually shipped from China, send to us with dhl, but the stereo does not fit my car, i request refund, but they said it was my problem and they do not accept it. I dispute to paypal and get my money back, they telephoned me again and again to disturb me, i would never buy from them again, bad seller that i have ever met!
