If you ever have a Problem - Support is Super Slow and finaly will not help you if it just does not work. I bought topmodel for my car and for month I struggle to get it to work. They do not provide a proper electrical Schema that will tell even professionals how to solve. Response time is "random 2-3 Weeks" if at all. I struggle almost 6 month with a none working device, potentially even broken at arrival.
Looks good at first, said at last.
To your Comment - NO I am not a competitor. However interresting here, you have time to answer on this platform in less then 2 Days - I would appreciate you would answer your technical TICKETS, so no unhappy customer has to look out for a competitor as you seem not to be able to maintain your products. Very said - you invest your time into the WRONG priorities.

If you are genuinely one of our customers, how are we supposed to identify you and offer support?

Bad quality of radios
The radios they sell are of very bad quality. FM radio is a mess and doesn't even display the sender name. Android is way outdated and no option to update. But the worst is their support: Arrogant and not helping. And they censor reviews. I create a critical review on their webpage and is was never published. Tried it three times, no success. So don't buy there.

Our car radios are equipped with the latest Android software and offer excellent FM reception. Most models also display the station name.

Requested clear video of damage provided and they go on and on
I bought an autoradio here, at ARP, and after a few months the screen did not work. Notified ARP, that asked to provide a video, so I sent them the video, as clear as can be. No solution offered, but another question: 'send the radio'. Endless sotuation. I bought another one.elsewhere. Cannot recommend.

I purchased a car radio for my son birthday since he bought his first used car two months ago.
It was written that it should fit our model but there is no chance to install it properly.
The size is totally different.

Avoid at All Costs – Shocking Service and Dishonesty
I wish I could give zero stars for my experience with Autorasioplaza. I purchased an Apple CarPlay screen and had to return it – and what followed was a nightmare of epic proportions.
Firstly, the return process took TWO months, only for the item to come back to me with no prior notification or explanation. After contacting Parcel Force, I found out that the delay was due to a customs charge that your company REFUSED to pay, despite being responsible for it. At no point was I contacted about paying this charge, and yet your team continually tried to make it my fault. According to Parcel Force, this was your responsibility – a fact you conveniently ignored while trying to gaslight me into believing I was at fault.
Adding insult to injury, I had to pay £40 out of my own pocket just to return this item, only to have it sent back because you didn’t bother to sort out your end of the process. I have lost complete trust in this company, and I will absolutely NOT be sending it back again. Why would I throw more money down the drain when your incompetence clearly knows no bounds?
Instead of owning up to the problem, your customer service tried to dodge responsibility and even threw in a comment about the £90 import duty you had to pay. Let me make this clear: that is NOT my problem. As an international business, you should have anticipated such costs. If you’re unwilling or unable to handle the logistics, perhaps you should reconsider offering international shipping.
For anyone considering doing business with Autorasioplaza – DON’T. Their lack of communication, disregard for customers, and refusal to take responsibility is staggering. I wouldn’t trust this company with any purchase, let alone one involving international returns.
Spare yourself the frustration. This company is a disaster.

Instead of listening to us, you accuse us of fraud and refuse to accept anything we say. Therefore, it makes little sense to continue helping you, as you seem to believe everything we say is a lie.
We are very sorry that we are being blamed for the mistakes of external companies. We were willing to find a solution, but you did not want to cooperate.

Bought an 8-core Avison android…
Bought an 8-core Avison android headunit for my 2013 Skoda Fabia. Delivery took 1 week to my adress in Denmark. Headunit fits perfectly and installation was pretty easy. Performance is really good, no lag and everything just works. Wireless Apple Carplay is really nice and works well! Whenever i enter and start up the car, Carplay connects automatically via bluetooth and before im in 1st gear, everything is up and running. Also noticed sound quality has improved. Seems like a quality product from how its build and performance but also how well it was packaged. I have connected a cheap rear camera from china and it works good, whenever i shift to "R" screen switch to rear view automatically. No wasting time in settings everything just works out of the box. I have contacted autoradioplaza a few times with questions which has been answered same day. Ill keep this updated if anything needs to be shared but as for now i definately recommend autoradioplaza and products from Avison.

YouTube video helped a lot
With support of YouTube videos the radio was easy to install. It looks great, every function of the car is supported as it was with the original radio. Sound and CarPlay functionality are so much better. I would strongly recommend the radio.
