I got an apple car play retrofit and am very happy with the service and product itself. I needed some assistance from customer service with what facia is correct and they were very helpful and quick to reply. I would recommend them and would return if I needed to.

I never received the order. Called the company multiple times, wrote multiple emails with very little response - sometimes none.
Finally Alwin from Autoradioplaza wrote back to me - he wrote that my package was lost.
Still waiting for further information about a new shipment…… it have been two month now.
Alwin is not replying to my emails.

So far so good. Easy install! I thought I’ll give it a go and install it by myself. Initially I thought that the install guide is missing few steps for a beginner like me but then the connection are pretty straightforward so it all works very well now.

Easy to order, even better with Clarna support. Order arrived in 4 days to replace the now obsolete head unit in my 2015 Tiguan. All worked out from the box. I should of ordered also the camera but I will order that in a few months. All good for now even if the unit is a little bit slow. It could do with a faster procesor and a little bit more RAM. Good GPS connection and It even connects to my home WI-FI so I can download my music and offline maps easy. Hopefully there will be no issues down the line.

One of the questions related to contradicting information on the website. This was clarified and the website update swiftly afterwards.

The return period of 14 days is an impertinence, because it is counted from receipt of the order and the order is there only after about 7 days.

Customer support makes empty promises by telling you that all standard features of the car will continue to work (like rear camera). After further inquiry why my rear camera does not work, I was told I need an additional cable for another 50€.

I do not recommend anyone to buy here.

I ordered a car radio and they send me a massage that if I was prepared to wait... I could receive the new updated version of that device. I took my chance on receiving the old version because I received that version earlier and was very pleased with it. Delivery although took longer than expected I found out after a few days. So I decided to contact them by phone. And guess what... they didn't even have an annoying 'selection procedure'. I was directly answered by an employee en my car stereo was delivered within 24 hours.
