Excellent car rental company
Booked rental on their website, premium package, everything you need is included,
Super CDW, Tires Locks and Windows, Extra Driver, Coverage in Spain and E-Toll Service. There was no excess hold on the creditcard.
Pick-up and return went smoothly with the shuttle service.
Best experience thus far with rentals in Portugal, look up the other rental companies, then you will know what I'm talking about.....

Good, reliable service
I have used Auto Rent several times and have just returned from another trip with them. I have had no problems with the service and cars and no issues with return. Collection from the airport is prompt and the transfer is only a few minutes.

Smooth professional service
The nicest, smoothest, most straightforward experience I've ever had with a rental car company. I'm usually wary of rental companies who seem to be trying their best to cheat you, but all the staff here were pleasant, clear and direct. We had a scary tyre puncture and they were kind and accommodating. We didn't know how to use the headlights or gear shift (we'd never driven a car like this before) and they were patient with their explanations. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with autorent
I had a great experience with autorent! Easy pick up and return of the car. The staff was very kind and made the whole process very easy! The car was great, we got a new seat Ibiza, very clean and well looked after! I would definitely use their services again and recommend it to a friend.

Uncomplicated, comfortable and secure
Uncomplicated, comfortable and secure rental experience. Although the rental station is not directly in or at the airport (-1 star), it is in close vicinity (about 3 Min. by car) and there is a shuttle bus running from the airport car parking area (P4 Faro Airport). The service was very nice and quick.

Although being in Portugal quite a few times it was the first time I have used this company. The car was excellent. In top condition and a pleasure to drive - that's a lot of praise from someone who isn't really into his cars! Pick up and return was also very efficient - would definitely use again

Local car rental: very good service and value for money
A local car rental which absolutely fulfilled my expectations. The rental was the cheapest in Faro, PT March 2022 (and it turned out to have perfect cost/value ratio).
It is stationed outside the airport (as all the locals do) but really not more than 3 minutes drive.
I was served quickly, got a brand new Peugeot 208 with good equipment (not that kind off underequipped card ordered by many rental companies for less money which do not have parking sensors and other standard quipment). Return was super quick, the guy controlled the car in 5 minutes max., right after cancelled the excess sum on my credit card and gave me the confirmation from POS terminal, the couch took us right away to the airport. Everything very smooth. Definitely recomend.
