Since I came to the Germany not a long time ago and I've never have any experience in buying or registering a car here, the AutoSmyle product from Autoscout24 was a pretty natural choice for me. The only scary thing is that you cannot touch/drive you upcoming car beforehand. To be honest I visited the official retailer for such cars and tried it there, but I never drove this model before delivery.
The time from the purchase to delivery feels not so fast for me - because I wanted to get it ASAP, but it was even less than AutoSmyle proclaims, less than 4 weeks! Applause!
And the car is awesome!
Additionally want to thank all people from AutoSmyle contacted with me - they helped me a lot and resolved everything with lightning speed!

AutoScout24 smyle have had many poor reviews and I personally find that unjust. I am an Expat living and working in Germany who wanted help with purchasing a car, and with this team I got exactly what I researched and required. I always had the chance to speak English and was helped with any issues or questions.
From day one to the final day the team have been there for me, with the service you expect! The team sorted my documents, car, delivery etc all within the allocated window of 4 to 6 weeks.
Phones calls were of a highly customer orientated nature, emails were answered in time and feedback was accurate.
The vehicle itself it far beyond what I expected, and the condition is practically new. I was also offered winter tyres during my purchasing and cause I paid outright I was always kept in the loop for comfort and piece of mind.
When you receive the car you are shown around and you find it fully equipped with all accessories that the German law states you require and finally the tank had a good amount of gas.
I came from a country where customer is always right, I had my doubts due to previous customer service experience in Germany, but with AutoScout24 my doubts were not needed.
