Fantastic service.i have used autotronics before ,you pay a deposit and DHL pick the part up from your address and then autotronics contact you with the cost of the repair ,then when repaired they send the part back to you,the first time they repaired a volvo 940 speedometer for me,this time an eml on a nissan ,excellent no fuss service

Disgusting service
Disgusted my car was booked in for 9 am for a service I went to go back there I was told waiting for filters (car was in same place as I parked it) it’ll be a couple of hours after trying and trying to phone them and answer machine kept cutting in I got a lift up there this was after 2.5 hours still waiting for filters well the service takes 3 hours to do car hadn’t moved he never looked at the car at all. Then u was told was working on another car I booked it for 9am for a reason. So I took car home without him looking at it he didn’t like it because I caught him out don’t use horrible experience

Posted EIS for Mercedes Vito late Friday 20th, Autotronics received Monday 23rd. Was kept fully informed as to progress. Yesterday 24th received call from engineer working on EIS told me exactly what was needed and what he would do to repair. Talked me through the refitting as I was fitting an emulator to get rid ESL explained everything very nice person to talk to and so helpful. Units on its way back be back up and running for a very reasonable price. TOP GUYS TOP COMPANY

I had my unit collected by dhl on the 16/6/25, and today 23/6/25 received my unit back via dpd.
All installed in the car and working like I charm.
I couldn’t recommend these guys enough and will definatly use them again in the future should the need arise!

Excellent service
Excellent service, easy to use website but we had a clinch and the order looked like it hadn't gone through but payment was taken, a quick call and all sorted. Fast service sent mt immobiliser ring and box to check and the next day they had received the parcel. They informed me they had checked the unit and all was fine so they posted it back DPD service so you can track the parcel.I was refunded the fee I paid minus the checking fee which was great 👍 top class service.

Efficient and quick service which…
Efficient and quick service which turned my vehicle from a doorstop into a working unit. I chose to arrange to post the EIS unit and keys myself (Royal Mail - next day) as first collection using DPD via the site was the following day potentially adding 24 hrs to the process. Cost was also cheaper bearing in mind VAT added to postage on the compulsory return delivery.
