We had an excellent experience with Tina at Autour Asia for our 3 week bespoke trip to Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam.
From the start, Tina really listened to our needs and travel requests and was always quick to respond to any questions. The whole experience felt very personal and well organised.
Tina went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, arranging excellent tours with knowledgeable guides and reliable drivers. When we encountered a few unexpected issues during the trip, she was incredibly helpful and supportive in resolving them quickly.
Our whole experience travelling with Autour Asia has been excellent - everyone we met was so friendly, respectful and very passionate about their region and everything positive each country has to offer.
We would highly recommend Tina and Autour Asia to anyone looking for a well-planned and memorable trip.

Had a Good trip in north Vietnam with autour

First time using a travel agency and I feel so lucky to have used Autour Asia! Rosie Nhung and the team put together an incredible 15 day private tour thru Vietnam and Cambodia. All the details were seamlessy taken care of. My travel was effortless. Hotels, transport, guide and driver were all top notch. Rosie even checked in with me daily to ensure all went well! Great communication, incredible service! Autour Asia helped give me that once in a lifetime dream experience! I cannot recommend them enough. I will be back and use them again.

When I started preparing our trip through Vietnam and Laos, I contacted six travel agencies — three in Vietnam and three in Europe. But we quickly chose Autour Asia in Hanoi. That was entirely thanks to Tina, who understood the wishes of our changing family group better than anyone, came up with the most interesting suggestions, and responded most smoothly to all the adjustments we wanted to make.
During the five weeks trip itself, she stayed in constant contact with us and adapted the program whenever we wanted last-minute changes or when practical issues came up. The guides who accompanied us in the different places were all dedicated people who really connected with our group and taught us a lot about the culture, history and gastronomy of Vietnam and Laos.
Meeting Tina, her boss, and her colleagues in Hanoi at the start of our trip was a truly lovely moment. And we’re convinced that, thanks to Tina and Autour Asia, our journey turned into an absolutely unique experience.

Our experience with Autour Asia in Northern Vietnam was absolutely unbelievable. I cannot recommend the company enough! We had a private tour of the city in Hanoi, Sapa, Nihn Dinh and Halong Bay. Autour Asia organised everything for us from hotels and transport to private tours and different experiences. The whole adventure was planned and individualised for us and we felt so safe in all areas. We had 24/7 contact with Tina who supported us with any questions we had whilst on the trip and ensured we experienced the Vietnamese culture properly. In Hanoi, our driver Nam and guide Hai were absolutely wonderful. In Sapa our guide Dui was so wonderful and we had the most AMAZING time! We cannot wait to go back and would recommend Auto Asia to EVERYBODY! We genuinely did not want to leave and loved every moment of it!

First time travelling with Autour Asia and the experience is beyond our expectation. They made everything ready for us from accomodation, sightseeing tours to wonderful restaurants. Definitely recommend their service to anyone having a plan to come to Vietnam!

I was a bit apprehensive to hire a travel agent and a guide for our trip to Vietnam and Thailand since I consider myself a pretty seasoned traveler and I don't usually ask for assistance. That said, I could not be happier that I contacted Tina to help me plan our itinerary. She did a fantastic job putting together a package for us, and our private tour guides Tony and Okie were fantastic. They were both very knowledgeable, kind and patient with us as we toured the beautiful sights. I'm thrilled with my decision to use Autour Asia and highly recommend them to anyone.

We have just arrived from a two week tour in Laos.
The trip was very well organized. Guides and drivers were always on time, very professional and friendly.
When going to touristic places, they always tried to get us there in the least crowded hours (which we appreciated).
Laos is indeed a beautiful country. Small and not crowded.People are very nice and friendly.

Although there are plenty 15day itineraries available to visit several countries in the SEA, we are glad we have chosen to visit just one country. This allowed us to get a better insight into the country, traversing it from North to South.

We were afraid of the expected smog and heat (second fortnight of March) but that was not a problem.

The lodging chosen were confortable, clean and very well situated.

Thank you Tina (Autour Asia) for being very professional and attentive from the beginning, even with a 7 hour time lag.

The organisation of the trip was excellent. Everything worked out perfectly. Sometimes we would have liked a bit more information - for example when an excursion only accepts US dollars. The guides were very knowledgeable and helpful and the hotels were very good. Tina was always available when we had questions. I definitely recommend using this company.

We booked a roundtrip in Vietnam and Thailand. Our program was full with 6 locations in 18 days so everything with guides, transfers, restaurants and hotels had to work smoothly. Autour and their fantastic coordinator Tiiina did a great job. Everything worked perfect. Autentic food, museums, tempels, cruises and guides fulfilled our expectations more than we could dream of. Best journey ever!
