the car was issued efficiently, when returning the car, everything was also quick and without problems

The check in at Bari airport was perfect. Helpful staff who spoke English. The desk is in arrivals so super easy to find. A short walk to the car park to pick up our nice clean and functioning car. No problems for the return apart from the grumpy staff in the car park. We paid for total insurance - it’s best to buy it from the company and not from the online car hire trawler. So we just left the key and no checking of the car which can be stressful and takes ages. Would use this company again.

The service was fast and smooth both during receiving and returning the vehucle.
We have been upgraded with bigger car free of charge.

The car we got was in good condition and clean. The lady at the Autovia-desk at the airport in Bari was very friendly and customer oriented. We were not pushed to by any unnecessary insurance contracts. We have no critical comments. Thank you!

We got pretty recent model of Seat Ibiza, clean, quiet, fuel economical and convenient for long trip. Getting the car was easy, without unnecessary delays. The same apply to the car return procedure. I would get again from this company for the next trip in Italy.

Quick service on pick up, car was clean and working fine, existing damage was noted, efficient drop off. No complaints.

If I could vote zero I would. Honestly the slowest company ever and we use car hire at Bari every 6 weeks. Over 1hr wait to process 3 people ahead of me. I person on the desk and she was the slowest ever

We booked with optimo rent to then find out they don't have a desk and use autovia

The car didn’t come with a car manual, when I asked for it prior to driving off, I was told there simply isn’t one. This has never happened in multiple previous international bookings. Granted we ended up having small issues with the car - at which a manual would have helped!

Post return, we have tried to call Autovia Bari over 10 times to ask them a question about a parking fine, with no replies. I emailed about the query, also no reply. This is very disappointing and does not make us want to book a future car hire with them.

Quick pick up and drop off time, no additional problems, Staff easy to find, Child seats were waiting for us, no delays. Good commmunication
