Horrible quality and refused refund.

The product looks nothing like on the photos.

One of the items was the wrong size (in addition to poor quality).

When I asked fir a refund on $100 order - they offered me $10.

Clear & concisely expressed. Design looks particularly good, colour choices very good .
Wasn’t sure about your American sizing which seems somewhat larger than in Australia. I would normally buy 5XL. Your sizing chart suggested 3XL was my fit so went between & got the 4XL.

What made it easey was the colours and the lay out of the products.

If I could do less than one star, i would. The clothing ordered, and the clothing received, are nothing like the photos showed. Cheap linens, not knit, not wool, just cheap printed fabric. The leather elbows and collar is just cheap linen fabric as well. Very disappointed, but hey, what to you expect from China.

Most of the patterns are beautiful.
Only that I am a grdma of 2 grdchildren, I am not working, I can't afford to purchase your products all the time.
I can sew some simple pouches n totebags myself. I hv sold some of my pouches, bags and facemasks during covid 19. Now ince I hv knee pain, I cannot sew for a long period of time. I just do some alterations for myself and my family sometimes.

A BIG BIG SCAM. Do not purchase! For the item I purchased, the material should be 50%cashmere and 30% cotton... in fact is a thin, verry poor material... not even 1% cashmere... and they do not want to refund the money!

Delivery quite rapid considering it was coming from China.
However the garment is not as described but thin cotton with fake suede patches badly stitched to the elbows.
Destined for the nearest charity shop if they’ll take it !
