I ordered a lovely top from Autumnook. But what they delivered was something else - a very cheap, trashy looking sweater that I wouldn't wear anywhere. When I contacted them they said to keep the sweater and give it someone and that they would reimburse me $4. I told them that was not acceptable. They sent me the wrong item. Then they offered $8. No, I said. It was their mistake, not mine. Then they offered $14. I finally said yes even though that was less 1/2 what I paid, because it just wasn't going to get resolved in a fair way. I would never deal with them again and I advise anyone to go elsewhere for their products.

I ordered 2 v-neck tops which bounced around the world before they finally arrived 9 weeks later. On opening I saw that the tops were not v-neck and the finish was awful and definitely wouldn't stand up to being washed. I sent an email immediately expressing my disappointment and asked for return details.
To my horror they had the cheek to offer me USD6 and said I could keep the items
I obviously declined as I had spent €51.02.
They replied with another offer of USD12. This I have refused and asked them again for return details and adhere to consumer laws.
I still await a response.
UPDATE finally got a reply that I pay for the return postage and as that amounted to €35 and no guarantee of a refund I accepted their offer of 20USD. A total loss of €32 but lesson learnt. It's a shame as I have never experienced such bad service before. I see some people are very happy and can only think it's hit n miss.

I really give this company 0 stars. I actually can't believe they have the nerve to even send such garbage.
The sweater looks NOTHING like the picture and is a cheap poorly made piece of garbage. The phone number for customer service they give is someone's cell phone which is never answered. Sent an email and they offered $3.00 refund for a $30.00 sweater.
After I file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I will try to email again for a FULL refund.
This is probably a sweat shop in China making this crap. This should be criminal.

only half the clothes fit. loved the clothes. in a panic. going on vacation and i need to exchange them for a larger size. Need help asap..

I ordered a sweatshirt color black by autumnook. I payed the amount USD 46,97 by paypal.
I received it on the wrong color khaki.
So I send it back to the supplier YUN in Otto-Hahn-Str. in Dreieich.
Now I receive the package with the notice "reception refused". This is illegal.
Autumnook is criminal. I transfer that to my attorney.

I ordered a sweater from this site and never recieved it. I've tried a few time to contact them, but they never contacted me back. I guess I lost 52 dollars. Complete scam. Do not do business with this site.

I ordered the top in “red” and when I verified my order, I see the computer selected “apricot” which is not a color I would actually choose or wear. Being a winter, I always choose jewel tones.

Hi I ordered a sweater in January for a friend, the sweater arrived about 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately it was not the one I ordered it was used, repaired and totally out of shape, I have not yet received any further feedback from the company. Just be careful of what you ordered. I have photos of them both.

This is only a review of the buying process, not the product. I’ve deducted one star because at the beginning of the process, you advertise ‘Free shipping worldwide’, which seems too good to be true. It is too good to be true. You charged me $7. However, this is a reasonable charge, just misleading.

They advertise one thing and send you a cheap copy of it. And this is not the first time. They make the picture look pretty and expensive.
They said that the item was from some store in New York, but to to find out it came from China. It's a shame that shopping on line is like rolling the dice. I spend to much money on line. This time I will stop Very disappointed customer.

I cannot give a true rating until I see the product and how long it takes to get here. So far the rest of the experience has been great
