Don't waste your resources at this company

Hi,

Been waiting for months to get a response on emails, waiting for my VAT deregistrations and EPR deregistrations with them. Still no responses from them, so here they have a review. I won't be paying any invoices anymore that will be sent for things that are cancelled months ago.

Fine upon fine due AVASK poor service

After a little over three months since I'm no longer AVASK customer, I continue to receive fines from the Spanish authorities due to the poor service provided by this company. From them, I only received a notice of the fine, but after more than four messages and almost two weeks without any response to my request (let them know that the original fine has already been paid), I will likely receive a new "fine for the fine" without any action from AVASK to prevent it. I'm still waiting for any contact from the company to resolve what they've created. Unbelievable.

Excellent service and guidance from Juan Andrés

We had a Zoom meeting with Juan Andrés that exceeded our expectations. The session lasted over an hour, and throughout the entire time he demonstrated great knowledge, patience, and willingness to address our questions in detail. Resolved Issues and Excellent Ongoing Service

I’ve had a mixed experience with AVASK UK. Initially, the service was excellent and very efficient. However, when a new agent took over my account, I encountered a few issues that caused some frustration. Thankfully, since being assigned to Shu Chun (Iris), things have improved significantly. Iris has been professional, responsive, and efficient. I now feel confident that my account is in good hands. Thank you, Iris, for your excellent service.
