Truly happy Aventon riders !My wife and I have had our Aventons for…
My wife and I have had our Aventons for over 3 years and love them . She having a Pace500 and me having a Sinch . If at some point we choose to upgrade we will definitely stay with the Aventons . Spending our winters in Fl. and summers in Mn. we have them in two extremes for weather . We are less than a mile from the gulf and still have no rust to speak off . That in itself is incredible let alone all we’ve done to them is replace brake pads and the cover for my battery charging port . We both have over 1,100 miles on them to date . Have not seen or checked out an e-bike that I would rather have .

Shipped a used bike rack but was resolved quickly
The delivery was quick however when I received my hitch rack it had been used and was missing hardware. I contacted their customer service and it was resolved quickly and without headache. Once they shipped me the new one it was simple to assemble and fits my hitch well, although I don’t have a bike yet I feel that the rack would have no problem supporting the bike and seems well built.

Great service, no hassle
Called Aventon support (Cody) regarding a broken fender stay on my wifes Adventure 3 bicycle. I was not sure when or how it was broken as we have had the bikes for several months now. After verifying my purchase, Aventon remedied the problem and sent me a replacement fender stay to install. Thanks Aventon, that is great service with no hassle.

The level 4 ADV believer
The level 4 ADV replaced my Pace 500.2. I bought it from a brick and mortar store (Eagle Bike shop). The bike is great and does everything I hoped it would. Initially had an issue with the AUTO shift. Tech support was working on a fix when a firmware update solved the problem. Impressed with the bike and the service
