Despite having notification on Monday that product was out for delivery, sadly Evri have not yet delivered (Friday). Not sure why companies still insist on using Evri as there always seems to be a problem with them. Hopefully they'll arrive eventually.

Great genuine motor for my nuvac as i needed a new motor also avern was really helpful by letting me know what motor i needed and they packed it well too and now my nuvac runs like new

The nilfisk pressure washer
The nilfisk pressure washer was delivered on time by the courier, I was a l little concerned the product had previously been removed from the package and re-boxed with the cardboard protection incorrectly positioned. I removed the item from its box and found no damage to report, and very satisfied with the equipment and the purchasing from Avern Ceaning Suppies

It felt like they cared
I know it's strange to say in the modern world, but it felt like they CARED. Not from direct communication but just little things, such as how things were packed and the promise "To follow" scribbled on the packing list, completed a few days later without fuss. It's like they have an unspoken bond with the cleaners they supply. Anyway, my wife (who previously worked as a cleaner) is very happy with her new jetpack-like vacuum

The dispatch was quick, courier slow!!!!
The dispatch was quick and the item made it's way up the country very quickly and cannot fault the supplie. The courier used locally has now had it in their depot for 5 days and it's still not here. I would recommend use another courier as Evri is useless.
