We recently bought our first home through Avery Estate Agents. Darren was fantastic, his very long experience as an estate agent in the area, made things happen. Every time we contacted them for different enquires (and there was a few), Darren sorted out right away, often in a matter of minutes. I would definitely recommend Avery to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!

Darren, Mandy and Max have all been amazing through this very long transition of selling my late father’s property. They have gone above and beyond to make it less stressful at a difficult time. Mandy thank you for toing and throwing between the buyers and myself to obtain information needed by the solicitors to speed things up. Would highly recommend.

Used Avery Estate Agents to manage sale of a property local to their offices in Milton. As I did not live in the area I had to rely on them a great deal to manage the sale process for me. The level of communication was excellent - I was kept informed at every stage and Mandi and Max were responsive by phone and email whenever I had a query. Daren played a particularly important role - he was patient and calming whenever I felt it all getting a bit stressful and his optimism that all would come good was reassuring.
