All the staff assisted us so well with our purchase. Communication was clear and when things needed a little push towards the end they were more than happy help. Everyone was very friendly from our viewing to the time we picked up the keys. Thank you all.

I have one bedroom flat that I wished to rent out. I chose Avery's as they were close to the flat. Mandi knows the market well and found a suitable tenant quickly. I decided to let Avery's manage the property which i am very satisfied with. Eva manages the property very well, any issues that have cropped up she has resolved quickly and efficiently

I contacted Avery Estate Agent as they had helped the family with a valuation seven years ago. Not only had they remembered this, but had also kept the record on file. This was enough evidence for me to make them sole agents for our recent sale.
From the start, Daren and George were excellent - efficient and honest through valuation, sales particulars and marketing. The property was sold for the full asking price within two days.
The process was then continued with Mandi, who, alongside Daren and George, was equally exemplary in all communication and efficiency - clearly a hallmark of the company.
Mandi was superb and tenacious in rallying the solicitors on both sides through the entire process. I can quite honestly say, I haven't dealt with anyone as speedy in response to e:mails and phone calls as Mandi.
I think Avery are exemplary in their local and legal knowledge and anyone who thinks otherwise needs to recalibrate their attitude.

Avery’s from start to finish were professional, with exceptional communication throughout. I got prompt and honest feedback on every viewing, however my property was only on the market a few weeks before I received and accepted an offer.

In my 40 odd years of buying various properties, I would say Avery, is one of, if not THE best.
They where professional, courteous ( especially dealing with the hell that is corona virus ), & nothing was to much trouble ( including a few extra hiccups, that where not of their making ).
