I misread a speaker stand description and received a single stand. I requested an additional speaker stand and asked if they would consider charging me the price for a pair instead of a single one which would have been a higher total. They were very kind and accommodating. George was very helpful and I was charged the lower price difference.

They said the order had shipped
They said the order had shipped. Its been two weeks and still nothing. The Canada post tracking number they gave was invalid and Canada Post has no record of the shipment. After reading other reviews with the exact same issue, I don't think that the item had ever shipped and that this is a SCAM. The order was placed through BEST BUY and they won't even take any responsibility for their affiliates
