not standing behind their products
Zipper broke on a $800 coat and they would not fix it because I couldn't find an order number. Ridiculous.
Terrible customer service seems like a…
Terrible customer service seems like a company with a lot of incompetent employees. If you’re going to have the nerve to charge $150 for a pair of sweatpants, you should really have an elevated company to back it up. I ordered a sweatshirt and sweatpants on December 13. It still hasn’t arrived. Meanwhile, on 12/22 they were advertising for delivery by 1224. Laughable. I did call customer service and also emailed on 1222 and I was told they will send out a new expedited order. Shocker it never arrived so I was left with nothing to give my niece on Christmas day. The outfit I ordered was about $300 so I did not plan to get her anything else. Inexcusable…they should fire each and every customer service rep and order “picker” that is working there now.
The absolute hands down worst quality…
The absolute hands down worst quality clothing I have ever put on my body! Leggings fall apart BEFORE even washing them!!!! Horrible! Did I say H O R R I B L E????????
Customer service is non existent
I must have called customer service 10-15 times today during business hours and they just don’t answer. I’ve been trying to get help with an order issue / sizing issue / return for over a week. I just want to talk to a human! This shouldn’t be this hard!
Customer support poor.
Customer support is very poor and the expensive price of the clothing is not worth it!
Good Luck Exchanging
Products are over priced to start but they are nice quality. Anytime I have shopped in the store it was a fine experience not great but not bad. I ordered a hoodie online in a medium (a hoodie that is very much in stock) it was on sale. When I received it it was just a bit too large as their sizing is off. They refused to exchange it for a small even though they had plenty in stock of every size. This is just a horrible way to run your business. I do not think I will ever be back.
Losing Another Loyal Customer
I’ve been a loyal Aviator Nation customer for years, but this latest experience will probably be my last. I paid $1,100 over three weeks ago, and despite repeatedly being told my order was “in transit,” there was never even a tracking number generated. It’s clear the item hasn’t shipped at all. Customer service is basically nonexistent, just automated responses and no real support.
On top of that, the quality has dropped dramatically. The fabrics feel cheap, itchy, and nothing like the soft, organic materials they used to use. And the designs have gotten downright silly lately. Not sure what’s going on with the brand, but it feels like the focus has shifted, maybe owner is trying to recoup costs for that over-the-top wedding?
Aviator Nation used to be unique and worth the price. Now it's poor AI bot support, declining quality, and broken promises. Really disappointing for a brand I used to love.
🚩The Worst Purchase I’ve Made All Year. Avoid This Brand at All Costs.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Aviator Nation has officially earned the spot as the single worst shopping experience I’ve had in years. I’m writing this because no one deserves to go through the ridiculous nightmare I went through over a pair of sweatpants that fell apart faster than cheap dollar-store fabric.
I bought four items in September. Used 2 items One pair of sweatpants literally started disintegrating after two wears, the sweatshirt started looking faded. Not washed. Not stretched. Not abused. Just worn twice. Didn’t use the other 2 purchased items because they were supposed to be Christmas presents but are now being returned because the quality is probably just as bad.
Wish I could attach pics of the emails received and sent and pics of items that desintegrated.
The fabric is so thin and cheaply made it’s almost insulting considering the obscene price they charge. The quality is nowhere near what this brand claims to offer. It’s a total scam.
And the customer service? Honestly, it’s a joke. A bad one. I called five times on different days from different numbers and not ONCE did a real human pick up. Every attempt rerouted me into some AI chatbot loop pretending to “assist.” When I finally reached someone through email, the agent “Kaleb” couldn’t even answer a basic question about whether he was an actual human or AI. He dodged it multiple times, which tells you everything about how this company operates.
Instead of taking responsibility for sending me a defective product, they demanded that I waste MORE time printing labels, packaging the item, and driving it back just to get a partial refund. They make the customer jump through hoops over something that probably costs them three dollars to manufacture. They absolutely do not care about the customer’s inconvenience. Zero accountability, zero transparency, zero respect.
After this mess, I’m returning every single item I purchased. I refuse to “handle with care” overpriced sweatpants that literally can’t survive forty-eight hours of normal wear. This company is all marketing and no substance. You’re paying luxury prices for bargain-bin construction and nonexistent service.
Save yourself the frustration, the wasted money, and the hours of pointless back-and-forth with robots pretending to be customer support. There are far better brands out there that actually value their customers.
Aviator Nation does not. And I will never buy from them again.
Does not allow returns
Will not let me return a sweatshirt that arrived today. Fits completely different than other xls and won’t exchange for store credit or a different size.
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!
I keep going back like something is going to change. But it hasn't. Aviator Nation has continued to mess up orders and shipping. I am currently waiting for a package for over a week now. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!! I always get the wrong order and it takes so long. I will never order online again!!!!
Worst customer service and clothing…
Worst customer service and clothing quality ever. They disappear mid convo and make every excuse about why their products suck. Never ever again. Buyer beware.
purchased three hoodies
I own three hoodies, and I'm really frustrated by the excessive pilling that has developed. Given that the cost for each reaches nearly $200 after tax, this issue severely compromises the product's quality! Not only does it detract from the overall appearance, but it also gives off a cheap look that harms the brand's image and marketing efforts. Investing in better materials - 100% cotton or a higher ratio of quality cotton would elevate the product and align it with the brand's promise of quality. The quality has nosedived since I began buying their products.
Getting a Job There
I applied for a job here, and everything was going great. The store manager said he would reach out in a few days about the second interview, which I saw as a good sign. A few days go by, and I assume he is just busy. Then it's been a week, so I decided to email him back and just ask for an update about when my next interview would be. He doesn't reply for a few more days, so I email again. It has now been 3 weeks since my interview, which I thought went great. He replied today, saying sorry, but I wasn't chosen for the job. He didn't provide a reason, say they weren't hiring anymore, or apologize for the delay in letting me know. I'm not mad I didn't get the job, but I am aggravated that he not only led me on, and that he took up a month of my time I could've spent looking for other jobs. Super frustrating interaction with poor communication.
Loved it!!!
I loved going to the store and getting the neon purple hoodie and neon purple shirt. I went to the one in Mill Valley and had the best time. It was so much fun trying everything on and being in one of their stores for the first time!!
Cool luxury vibe, so-so quality
Ok, so I have mixed feelings about this brand. On one hand I absolutely LOVE the look of their line. I own several pieces. On the other hand I think the overall quality is kind of lousy. I have a few items that have really stood up, a couple pair of sweats and a couple zip up hoodies. I also have a few items that are falling apart after a few wears. Major pilling and hoodie pouch coming unstitched. I have one of their jackets and it’s amazing and so warm. I think overall it’s extremely overpriced for what it is. The jackets are definitely good quality, but the sweats and sweatshirts don’t really last. It’s definitely a luxury brand with a very cool vibe, just wish the quality matched the price tag.
POOR QUALITY, OVER PRICED, AND OVERHYPED
POOR QUALITY CLOTHING!! Don't do what I did and be deceived by their marketing-they are literally charging customers $250 for sweatpants that is the worst sweatpants I have ever had-I bought clothung from Pakistan that lasted me longer!!
First; the pants "droops down" from behind, making it look like your body is sagging. Second, there is sooo much Linen shedding from the pants-whyy?
Third, after just ONE wash, I have holes in them because of the poor, cheap quality of the materials.
Seriously, I have bought a pajama from China that lasted me longer. Shame on these people for scamming consumers with ridiculous profiteering prices over cheap crap.
I ordered sweat pants and when they…
I ordered sweat pants and when they arrived they had clearly been tried on and returned then sent to me. No tags. Horrendous customer service as it took Weeks to get a response! They hoped I’d forgotten. Do not buy from this place save the money trust me!!!!
I’m a regular customer…
I’m a regular customer and love their clothes. I had to do some exchanges and received great help. George and Ariana were kind and patient with me to learn the process of the returns. If you’re respectful you will receive that in return. One person was right, their product is loungewear, to be comfy and look good in. Not for icy cold weather.
