For this price customer service is a joke

Purchased a hat during their sale TWO weeks ago. Keep getting the run around about shipment, keep getting different shipping numbers. Told them to finally cancel my order, which they did almost instantly while I was given confirmation from UPS that they rerouted my order back to them. One would think a company that overcharges so much for their clothing would not only have better customer service but would try to make up for their mistakes versus leaving me with absolutely nothing in the end. What a waste

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Trying to exchange items for a smaller size has been impossibly slow. When I ask customer service, they takes many days to respond and when they do they tell me to check the tracking, as if I hadn't already done that and explained that I had done that. It has been awaiting UPS pickup for a week? It is a CA based company and I am in CA. Very overpriced for such cheap material and bad, slow service. I hope I receive the items eventually, so I can return them and get my money back.

I know this may seem small

I know this may seem small, but the reason the sweatpants are expensive (so I’ve read) is the quality of the fabric used. It’s advertised as 50% cotton, 37%polyester, and 13% rayon. However! The pair I received is 50% polyester, 37% cotton, and 13% rayon. These sweatpants do not feel the same or as high quality as a pair I bought 4 or 5 years ago. I also don’t like the fit as much as my last pair. Maybe they grew so big as a company and the detail or quality have gone down? Not sure, but I can’t justify this price when there are so many other brands out there to look at now.

Beware Aviator nation’s estimation’s for clothing arrival is not up to date.

I’m being generous with this review and giving 4 stars but I believe others would take this personally possibly. I bought the aviator nation neon pink labeled sweats size small. The sweats are unbelievably comfortable I must say, but the prices for these clothes are ridiculously expensive. It started to pill a day later but I didn’t quite mind. Aviator nation states that their clothing arrives in less than 4 days, but it arrived in a week for me? It would be helpful if the company could be a little more clear that it arrives in less then 7 days instead of 4. Overall pretty good service but I recommend buying clothing when the company is having sales so it can save you at least $40.

Consistently deliver outstanding…

Consistently deliver outstanding customer service. I appreciate their ability to think outside the box and to do the right thing again and again. Not only does the quality and comfort justify the pricing, but the fact that they have real humans who can process and deliver actual customer service.

I wish i read some of this reviews…

I wish i read some of this reviews before i place an order!! This is the worst customer service ever!!! They don’t answer the phone! They don’t answer emails! Overally they are horrible. I haven’t seen this in CA specially. Very disappointing!!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Please do not purchase from them. They did not fill my order and have charged my bank account. There is no one in customer service. They direct you to email and no one responds. They literally stole $200.00. I will contact my Secretary of State’s office and their registered agent. Please read the other reviews. Their activity is criminal and it’s a matter of time before they are shut down.

The 5 star reviews do not reflect my…

The 5 star reviews do not reflect my experience. The 1 star reviews are spot on. No person ever answers the phone, it’s a bot that directs you to email. Same with live chat, it’s automated with canned answers. I’ve called many times during their business hours listed and emailed twice with no reply whatsoever. They sure send a lot of ads to my email though! Disappointed as I thought this company was a great success story.

Ordered an item but received the wrong…

Ordered an item but received the wrong item, it took back and forth 4 emails to correct and asked me to take pics etc and sent back, was told that I would receive the correct item, then can back to me and said they didn't have it. I gave back feedback that they need better customer service, Kaleb totally ignored that comment, no acknowledgement whatsoever ever and said they just refunded.

A forever customer

I've been wearing AN for years now and I've never had any issues with customer service or the products. I have leggings, sweatshirts and t-shirts that I bought years ago and they look and fit the exact same as when I first bought them. Out of all the items I've bought from them over the years, I've had an issue with 2 or 3 items and they were fixed right away. Other companies will make you send in the product and receive it before they'll make it right. AN has never done that, they make it right and ask you to send back what you received when you get time. I will continue to support them and hope others aren't turned off by any negative reviews! I feel like the negative reviews all stem on their high price, but you always get what you pay for!

Excellent Customer Service

I purchased from AN the first time several months ago (a hoodie for my wife). This specific product had quality issues (seam at front pocket came off within a week) which of course was highly disappointing, and I pointed that out in the review I wrote. AN then contacted me, I emailed a picture of the hoodie, and AN sent a new hoodie as replacement within a few days. This one definitely met the high quality expectations one would have for a pricey product. After many wash cycles, it holds up well and my wife is very happy about it. I was very impressed with how AN handled that situation, and I ordered several other items for my wife since then. (She always asks me to order for her because she ends up with “decision fatigue”). :-)
She loves the softness and various designs of her sweatpants and hoodies, and none of the items has any quality issues.
Today, I initiated a return of a just delivered item because my wife wanted a different color than originally ordered. The online process was very smooth and streamlined which made the exchange quite simple.
Again, I am impressed with AN’s level of customer service especially since nowadays a lot of other companies seem to have abandoned their efforts in this area.

weak customer service and very slow shipping

I have ordered from AN a nunnery of times with good success. The products are fun and good quality although very overpriced. The price is not my complaint as I order well knowing they are expensive. What is appalling is the lack of customer service and ridiculous shipping time. almost 2 weeks and it took over a week before they even labeled it for shipping so no blame can be placed in their shipper. No explanation or apology from
them either. Don’t order if you need it anytime soon!

Ordered 2 pairs of mens sweatpants

Ordered 2 pairs of mens sweatpants, about $170 each- they claimed they’d be my favourite pair so I took the plunge.
I’m a 6’ 1” tall male, 180 lbs, 35 years with an athletic build. Often wear 32-34 inch pants which usually translates to a medium or large. Aviators sweatpants in size large are about a 24” elastic waist. Sure they can stretch to 32 inches but it feels awful. The inseam was also super short. I tried an X Large in each and ultimately had to exchange for XXL which left me with a waist that fit but a horrible fit everywhere else. I probably should have requested a refund but at this point I had paid Canadian duties for three shipments since they don’t have their paperwork dialed in, so I wanted something in the end.
I tried following up with customer service, basically doesn’t exist.
$340 for two pairs of sweats that look horrible

Just a really bad aftersale service

Both my wife and I ordered 2 items. We received a tracking number and for a couple of days we did not worry too much as with black Friday and Christmas, it takes time. On the 1st of December we wrote to the customer service. After a couple of automated replies we got a real person replying on the 3rd of December. They suggest to "If you need to change or edit your order, we suggest that you resubmit the new order for the updated items and have us cancel + refund the original order. " I insisted and on the 8th of december (1 week after my email) I finally receive: "Our shipping department responded and wanted me to reorder you the items, unfortunately we don't have stock of either item, is there anything I can expedite to you? Otherwise I can refund you." As of today, we just received very useless replies. Nothing moves forward.

I just want :
- Or a refund
- Or the use of my money they have to buy 2 items
- Or a quick conversation to solve that. Needless to say that when you call a robot tries to help, but is also useless (and annoying).

So I don't know what to do and I don't want other people to suffer what I am currently suffering.

They have my phone, they have my email, so what else can be done.

These 2 items are for a young family member of mine, as a Christmas gift (they also know this), but everyday that passes makes it more and more complicated for the delivery to arrive on time.
