I feel the whole process, from submitting the claim to payment was effortless. I was informed about the status multiple times and I didn't have to chase Aviclaim once for an update. I would definitely recommend Aviclaim.

A connecting flight was delayed because of "local strike at airport" , therefore had to stay over one more night. Contacting airline customer services was very hard/ impossible. Airline stating that "strikes" are not covered. Aviclaim managed to secure a proper refund.

I am very satisfied with Aviclaim's service. After submitting my claim, they filed a case against EasyJet because my flight was canceled 30 minutes before departure without a valid reason. Although such a procedure unfortunately takes a lot of time (in my case almost two years), Aviclaim ultimately won the case!

They persevered and really made sure I got what I was entitled to. The wait was well worth it. So, do you think you have a good case? Then I definitely recommend using Aviclaim. They take care of everything and go the extra mile.

Very dissapointing service.
I have sent several emails without any type of answer.
I have had to directly call to Holland in order to insist for AVICLAIM to send me the money, that they have collected from RYANAIR several months before, and they did not pay it to me, this is tottally unacceptable.
I would never recommend AVICLAIM TO ANYONE.

Claim application was easy as well as follow-up. Fair commission, and swift payment, all closed out in less than 3 weeks!

They persisted in the claim no matter how unresponsive or unwilling the airline was. It was a lengthy process for me, but I was very pleasantly surprised to hear that they won the court case and got my refund about 2/3 years later. For this amount of effort, I find the fee very fair.

Initially, we were not sure that we would get through this claim. However, Aviclaim has worked diligently & provided us constant feedback.

It was very easy to upload the information, get the process started and the rest of it was handled perfectly by Aviclaim. Overall, it took one month and a half for them to finish the case. Which doesn't ask for any effort of you, except wait. Would recommend!

Good service and clear guidelines. The no-cure-no-pay offering made is decidedly to go for this option. Avoclaim did a great job in filing a court case and cashing in our claim. Their fee is a fair ask for the work they put in.

Communication could be more frequent and their claim portal is sometimes can use a bit of an update in design and customer experience. But this is more a noce to have than a must.
