Very bad experience please don't buy with this website i ordered my baby clothes and all clothes are too small even i ordered bigger sizes then also they didn't sent me half of my things then i contact them they didn't reply my msgs and emails its really disgusting website please don't order

Avocado has a great offer of clothes…
Avocado has a great offer of clothes and the website is pretty helpful when you want to apply certain filters to find what you're specifically looking for. The deliveries are always fast and efficient. I have bought from Avocado many times already and never had any problems.

avoid ordering if you can
I ordered an item which arrived damaged. Full of black stains. It is an item for storing food and I wont use smth that has black paint on it of unknown origin. All I wanted was to return it. I had to contact a vendor like milion times, we kept exchanging emails for them to tell me after a MONTH I cannot return the item? Excuse me? It has arrived damaged, I sent a photo with proof the same day it arrived. I never used the item. Also, funny thing is you have to pay for return shipment. Horrible experience, never again.

I have received the wrong size jeans…
I have received the wrong size jeans and had to pay for shipment to send them back even though they made the error. They gave me an AI answer about that jeans length can vary depending on what color you chose.

One time and never again! I ordered a few tshirts, everything came from separate shops in separate packages, none of them matched my expectations due to style, cut and quality and the “best” part is I have to pay for all returns by myself!! What a waste of money!!

We are sorry to hear that your order didn't succeed your expectations.
The procedure of separate packages results from the fact that Avocadostore is an online marketplace with over 1200 retailers. These retailers have their warehouses in different locations. This means that your ordered goods are not always shipped centrally from one location, but separately from the retailers.
We can understand that you would like a free return for all your returns.
Our retailers would always like to offer free returns and many already do.
For others, however, it is not possible to offer free returns for economic reasons. As many of our retailers are (family) businesses, some of which are very small, this would exclude them and reduce the variety of products on our online marketplace.
If you only want to receive products without return costs, you can always check this directly on the product page under “Shipping and return costs”.

A great selection of products but be…
A great selection of products but be aware it is a marketplace so each item is sent out by the third party vendor. So delivery times can vary but I would say Avocado customer service is really good and act as a communicator between you and the seller. Generally the price on Avocado is the same as on the seller's own store and I like having a one stop place to find things rather than needing to shop on multiple websites etc.

With an online marketplace, the operator of the platform (Avocadostore) is not responsible for fulfilling the vendors' offers because the customer concludes the purchase contract with our vendors and also receives the invoice from them.
Further, the prices, discounts as well as shipping and return policies are set by our vendors and not by us.
You can always get in touch with us or directly with the vendors if there's a problem or question.

Disappointing Experience: A Seller's Review
My experience with the platform as a seller has been disappointing. One major letdown is the lack of reporting tools. Without knowing important stuff like traffic and click-through rates, it's like shooting in the dark—we're left guessing what's working and what's not.
And then there's the monthly fee of 29.75 EUR. It's a bit of a bummer because it doesn't matter if you've got products online or not, you still gotta pay up.
To top it off, they suddenly stopped debiting monthly payments a while back. By the time I noticed, I was staring at a massive pile of back payments. As a small shop owner, that hit me hard.
I wouldn't really recommend this platform to other sellers.

No refund for returned product and no reply from seller
I returned an agenda that I bought on avocadostore.de and neither the market place seller (Pommerscher Diakonieverein e.V. ) nor Avocado store have been issued a refund yet. I have been waiting nearly two months for a refund now despite contacting both about and asking for a refund.
