Product was out of stock we were kept informed of the situation and when there were supply problems offered a refund .We were told they would get the stock and true to their word it was delivered yesterday we now have 4 beautiful two faced champagne glasses.

Great customer service, to the point of texting me to give me an update on when new stock would arrive and thereafter be delivered.
