The experience I have had with Avoxi has been great so far. Their technical support team is always there to solve your questions, they have a large footprint of international numbers, and the prices are competitive. As someone working for a Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) company, Avoxi has been a good partner on every stage of the project, since the initial onboarding to their support and Account Managers team. Highly recommended if you need voice solutions worldwide.

AVOXI meet my companies needs by providing a local number and an answering service for my customers to connect with while I am unavailable.

I needed to get clarification concerning the potential leading numbers on a couple international toll free phone numbers, as I was unsure and was going to share the numbers with a client.
I started a chat within the website and was able to ask my questions. The agent gave me some immediate information and then also followed up with a ticket to verify some additional points. All information was share with me within 10 minutes of my initial request.

Excellent, fast, and prompt service

I purchased a number from Avoxi for a new business venture. I chose Avoxi because the site looked good, and I could not find any negative feedback about them online.

Set-up and installation were very quick within one hour, I tested the number, and all was to my satisfaction. I added the number to my website, social media and ordered custom business cards, mugs, pens and mouse pads with the new number featured.

I received a welcome e-mail from my account manager (Markus Vogt) and a welcome e-mail from the CEO (David Wise) - this seemed a nice touch.

Three days later, I received an e-mail saying my number had been disconnected and a refund issued. The reason stated was "unable to verify your business purpose of the number". At no point on the order was I asked what my business plans were, and there was no warning of disconnection. Totally unprofessional.

It's been two weeks now, I have e-mailed both the account manager and CEO multiple times. Complete silence, no replies or acknowledgement whatsoever. Even support haven't bothered to reply.

On Friday, I received my order from VistaPrint of mugs, business cards etc., for which I paid $172. Useless as my telephone number no longer works!

I do NOT recommend Avoxi at all, they have seriously impacted my new business and left me out of pocket by $172. They do not answer support messages and do not seem to care about customers at all.

Avoxi has a remarkably responsive and effective technical support team. They answer the phone all times of the day or night and will do their absolute best to solve your problem right then and there. If they cannot, they will give you a time line for a solution and the company usually meets that time line.

AVOXI IS A GREAT SERVICE PROVIDER. IF I EXPERIENCE ANY DIFFICULTY THE TECHNITIANS RESOLVE THE PROBLEM PROMPLY.
