Purchached Marantz sr6013 online from avstore.in, the package received had some cosmetic defects and as it was sealed they didn't know about it, Next day I mailed them which was promptly followed up and the opened unit was picked up and replaced with another brand new unit, very happy with their services very professional service, also thanks to Mr Lulla for communicating at every step

It's Not only Buying Experience, it's about the pre-sales support and consultancy provided by AVStore over WhatsApp almost for a week time.
I really appreciate the effort and patience of AVStore to clarify all my doubts about the product, warranty, delivery promise and finally a winning price.
I received my product in Bangalore in 3 days as promised with an excellent quality packaging. I did a unpacking video of 50 minutes to unpack 2 package fully wrapped with almost 2inch thick bubble sheet.
Finally I've installed my Polk T15 & T30 and all excellent experience so far.

I came to know about AVStore just by searching Polk Audio products online. Only suggestion for AVStore to focus on Marketing, so that people know about the excellent experience AVStore.

So i got expansion kits to my existing nanoleaf panels and i got the product well packaged and was delivered accordingly. The lights are really crisp and high quality and have a premium look to them once mounted. Order however didnt have any tracking and i hope that is improved ahead.

Build quality of product you have shipped is very bad. Not a 20000 Rs worth piece... Already one speaker has started giving cracking noise at high bass. I was about to connect with you but then your feedback prompt mail came in my mail inbox. I would like a refund.
