Most horrible banking experience…

Most horrible experience on the banking side: I have been trying to connect to the online service for more than 4 months and this is impossible due to the fact that they changed their entire website early January. They keep sending me logins via mailing that does not work. Impossible to use any of the Axa service despite many attempts with customer support. So much time lost since I have to start from scratch every time. Stay away if you want "to feel confident and protected".

Would give 0 stars if I could

Would give 0 stars if I could. Have fully comprehensive insurance with them - a tree landed on our car, it’s written off and they are offering €6000 less than an equivalent make, model, mileage is available for. Their ‘expert’ has based his calculation on the average of six privately advertised basic model, high mileage versions. Ours is top model, low mileage, FSH...... Better matches exist on the same website but they refuse to use them. Lawyer about to get involved but honestly, save yourself the headache of dealing with such a bunch of crooks and go elsewhere.

On yer bike AXA!

Oh how Iwish there was some way to record no star! This is undoubtedly the worst insurance company we have ever dealt with in France. We took out car insurance in France in 1998 and paid in excess of British premiums until 2021. There was no com munication with the agency in Limoux Messages were ignored, personal visits were shrugged off with indifference as they could not speak English and our conversational French inadequate. We had never had a claim yet the premiums soared. Finally we, as is our legal right, cancelled the policy last year and went with a more reliable provider. Since then all hell has broken loose. We have been badgered for last years premiums until now they have put the matter in the hands of a mediator Etude d'Hussier de Justice. Calls to Paris head office are impossible, London office tried to put me through to Paris and I was cut off. This is a total nightmare and as they are an international firm, why do they not speak English? They have staff in London who can speak French and large organisations make it possible to transfer staff between offices so what is their problem? This bears out what some French people told me years ago about their view of the EU. and I quote "You English are too tolerant. We French take what we want and ignore the rest!" This is precisely what is happening here. The British are contributing to the French economy in more ways than one, insurance being a large part and the contempt is shown time after time. All I can say is that you would be better off buying a bike than dealing with Axa Insurance.

New system to connect to your account…

New system to connect to your account is abysmal. Truly horrendous. Took me more than half an hour to fulfill all their requirements and even then I couldn't log in. Spoke to counsellor and eventually succeeded. Something needs to be changed.

Terrible service

Terrible service! I had to make an account because I was an erasmus student in paris, and although I only made a one-year contract they still charged me the year after that. I was confused so I paid the montant they demanded, but a year later they sent me again emails demanding money!!! I replied twice that I made the payment and that they told me they will close my account, attaching the receipt, and they never read it, they just sent me the charges!
Inacceptable behaviour. Avoid it at all costs!!!

Unreliable Service - Pension Fund

I work for a French company in Asia, which has decided to use AXA France (in Paris) for my pension fund. I can say unequivocally that AXA France provides a very poor level of service - totally unreliable by any standard. The online account statements sometimes display incorrect information, and the physical ones have never reached my office. AXA very rarely responds to any of my emails. When you dial the customer service number, everything is all in French, though fortunately with my limited French I could often wade my way through the automated phone system to speak to a human representative, who is almost always unable to speak English. After a few transfers, they sometimes (but often do not) manage to transfer to a person who can handle some English. This is very strange, since they surely serve an international client base as well as domestic clients. Each representative promises to take care of the problems raised, but I never hear back from them. Hence, my problems remain permanently unresolved. There's no accountability whatsoever

Be very careful with this company

Je ne peux tout simplement pas croire à quel point cette entreprise est mauvaise. Je veux seulement poser une question simple et je trouve impossible de contacter qui que ce soit. J'essaye depuis environ 6 semaines. Service épouvantable et épouvantable.

AXA DEFORGE BRUNOY

AXA DEFORGE BRUNOY: Very dishonest, extortionist behaviour, do not provide service for claiming but very quick to convince clients to transfer money to their personal account and when money is transferred to the Mikael Deforge account..note it is not an AXA Deforge bank account . no receipt unless you chess them several times for receipt.
When it comes to claim, they state that they do not understand what you want even when the matter is very clear in the generic contract they give out. To date I have not received my travel costs following travel to oversee a sinister situation. I waited 3 years while paying them exorbitant amounts of money and their conclusion was that we do not understand what you want!!!! So I stopped paying, unless they resolved the matter, the response was pay us first and then we will see...really they assumed me to be that stupid after 3 years of breach of contract by them and overcharging me because their generic contract contained items which were not in the property. The previous agent AXA MAUGIER had consequently changed the contract to adapt it to our needs and refunded the over charge.. In addition they allocated themselves our contract.because i do not recal ever agreeing to move to their agency when AXA Maugier retired. I kept telling them since 2016 that the contract was changed but they did not bother to investigate and continued to charge on old contract. Eventually when they changed in 2018, they proposed to me a contract that was even worse than the one i was objecting to because it contained more items that did not exist at the property and that i never asked for and more expensive. That was too much. To crown it all in 2017 I informed them that I was unable to acces my online espace client , I was getting an "Error 500" for several months they did not respond and when they did it was to tell me they dont know why. So I asked them to give me the telephone number for the Tech/Customer support number for the online espace client, the response was that they did not have such number././Now that was the last stroke.. How can the AXA online espace client not have a customer/tech support number??? Their responses were those from someone who believed I was stupid or who was very incompetent . I waited and waited for them to resolve the over charge, my travel costs entitlement and my access to online espace client but nothing again until the end of that contract. So i decided not to renew. And surprise surprise, they sent me a telephone number for online tech/customer support and I told them it was 12 months too late. They do not respond to me on time and play dumbe for 3 years now they were demanding that I had to renew the contract of course I declined. They cite the contract when it suits them but they cannot read when I enquire about my travel costs coverage as per the contract they were now citing. So they put my name with credit collectors...that intimidation may have worked for them several times to extort money from their clients. I never even accepted their contract on the contrary I told them several times that it was not suitable.. Well it is still a no from me..they owe me an overcharge, my travel costs and my father's travel costs, I never received a full service from them..no access to espace client.. and I got a lot of abuse..including do not call us again. But hey they are still demanding my money to their account through a debt collector. KEEP AWAY or LEAVE the AXA DEFORGE agency as fast as you can!! The SOLUTION to my enquiries was well PAY US FIRST THEN WE WILL SEE even though they could NOT SEE, READ or UNDERSTAND since 2016 when I was over paying my contribution. They came at me during 2018/19 several times demanding money and claiming they do not understand my enquiry and issue but when I was paying they were ignoring me and treating like I had not paid for the service. Clearly their main job is to extract much money from people not to provide clients with a service!!!
