I did not take any loan through you and…
I did not take a loan from you and I did not withdraw money and you withdrew 35.49€ from my bank account. The first time you said it was for insurance and I did not tell you anything and the second time on 05.09.2024 you withdrew 35.49€ from my account again. I will use all my legal rights against you or you will return my 35.49€. I am not stupid enough to give free money to everyone. I did not take a loan but I am not stupid either. I did not find the money on the street. and also when I spoke to the customer service representative she told me that he canceled everything and will not take any more payments..

The charges have been regarding our maksuturva-insurance that you have taken after filling the loan application. The money can not be taken from your card without you yourself filling in the card information to the form. As stated in the insurance process, the insurance has nothing to do with the loan, it is a totally different service offered by us.

Unfortunately, all our loan offers are preliminary, and we can never know the bank's final decision regarding the loan until the offer is signed. It often happens that banks decide to withdraw the offer after it has been signed for various reasons that we cannot foresee. We ourselves do not approve any loans, we only send your application to our bank partners that make all decisions about the loans.

BIG LIES ABOUT THEIR INTEREST LEVELS OFFERED
I'm a finna - and made an application which they approved. They're however marketing their loans with 4%+ interest, however when the guy called me, their best offer was 11%+ and he admitted they don't offer any cheaper loans.
BIG HOAX - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS COMPANY

As marketed our interest rates do start from the 4%, however right now because of the overall financial market situation the interest rates are a little higher. All of our bank partners offers are made to each customer individually and the interest rates vary a lot between customers.
