Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with the website, describing it as difficult to navigate and prone to freezing or blocking users as bots. Customers also frequently encountered issues with the app, finding it unreliable and often unable to display tickets or process information correctly. The payment process was a major source of frustration, with many reporting difficulties in completing transactions or receiving refunds. Reviewers consistently highlighted the lack of effective customer service, noting the absence of human contact options, unresponsive helplines, and unhelpful chatbots. Some people also experienced problems with updating personal information like phone numbers, which further complicated their ability to access tickets or manage their accounts.

Terrible

Terrible. This is the second time I have been to an event in which AXS were the only platform available to buy the tickets. It's almost impossible to contact customer service and when I tried to purchase parking tickets for the festival held at Sandringham estate I was unable to do so despite many attempts. Pre paid tickets were advertised at £12.50 or £15.00 on the day. I had to purchase on the day so was effectively overcharged by £2.50 for failures on their own website. Great moneymaker for AXS. Multiply that by thousands of cars and you make yourself a much higher profit. Organisation around the event was also dreadful.

Trying to buy tickets for a gig, waited in the queue 30 mins, then was told as my turn to enter the website came around my access was restricted, then by the time I went through the queue a second time there were no tickets left. Absolutely useless shambles

AXS hide my tickets for resale from

AXS hide my tickets for resale from
View. Both in my app and a friend logged in on her separate account and they were hidden.

Call customer support and they admitted that they were not showing up as open seats for sale and said “ohh we’ll put in a trouble ticket”.

Totally BS and a shady company for ticket resale.

I have learned the hard way that if…

I have learned the hard way that if your event gets canceled, GET A REFUND!!! Do not resell your tickets. If you do, you have to wait until the rescheduled event takes place (which could be a year) before you can start the reimbursement. Once you start that process, you have to wait for them to verify your bank account. Then you have to log on to the actual Website NOT the APP or it will Not let you transfer the money. They make you verify your AXS act by text while on the website. Then you have to wait 7 to 10 business days to get your $$$. Customer service call wait time is 20min or more. I can say that a guy named Will from customer service was very helpful. He Waited on the phone with me to get it done. But it was frustrating to wait so long for money after selling tickets. Reimbursements from resale should be given immediately. Not after rescheduled show takes place.

Resale tickets are a scam..they don't list them.…

I have tried to list my resale tickets with them, but they don't even show up on the seating chart...in fact NO RESALE tickets are showing up. The venue is not close to selling out, so I think they want to sell their tickets first. I have to put up with being scalped by StubHub.

Terrible website and company

Terrible website and company. Trying to get a refund for the cancelled tickets for ELO on July 13th. I received an email about getting the refund within 10 days. Trying to figure out how to ask about it and it's impossible with the AI boot/help line. Could they make it more difficult so we give up?

We tried to book tickets for rhs Wentworth this weekend but the axs system wouldn’t let me, it kept saying to try a different device / try mobile data etc- we tried everything it suggested on 5 different devices but were still unable to book the tickets, axs customer service is not open on a weekend so we were unable to call them and unable to book at all.

Hot garbage

You know what I love? Repeatedly putting my payment details in for a resale ticket, and being rejected at the point of payment. Wasted day, and no tickets.

IF I could give minus 100, I would

IF I could give minus 100 I would. Most disgusting, unhelpful customer service I have ever had to Deal with in my life. I accessed their link through PJ live (A venue in Aberdeen), got through, picked my standing tickets for the Aberdeen venue, confirmed and paid, only to then get a confirmation for the 02 in London! Contacted customer service, to fix this. Obviously all Aberdeen tickets were sold, fine whatever, so I wanted a refund. Lady told me she couldn't give me one, Then changed her tone and told me she would submit a request. Told them I needed the money back so I could give it back to friends so they could secure tickets elsewhere and the lady told me to resell them to get my money back quickly. Resold them only to be told I get my money back TEN DAYS AFTER the concert has ended. Why tell me to resell KNOWING I wanted my money back today? Went round and round and round in circles with their customer services who couldnt give two tosses and refused to pass me to someone who could help me. Really NOT happy with this company. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

Avoid AXS like the plague.

Avoid AXS like the plague.

I booked tickets for ELO 6th July but unfortunately my wife was taken ill so put tickets up for sale through AXS resale. Received email telling me they had sold and had to add payment details to my account. I logged into account and entered personal details but The continue button didn’t work despite trying countless times.tried using Bot but just kept telling me to add payment details. AXS phone numbers listed are no longer in use. Managed to send email to support address I finally found explained situation and received email telling me again how to add my payment details! I could scream
Don’t know if I will ever yet a reply which leads me to my £185 refund.

Very frustrating.

Booked tickets for RHS Hampton Court Garden Festival. After being talked through the booking procedure by a very nice lady.... the big day came. What a disaster. I checked the app had the tickets before leaving home. All was good however at the entrance gate, no tickets showing. Even the helpful man who was going to scan my QR code was unable to find it. The screen was blank. Seems I was not alone. Countless others along with myself were directed to the ticket office where they took my name and printed out a ticket for me. What a frustrating experience. Hopefully RHS will not use this method for tickets at their next show.

Please please please avoid booking…

Please please please avoid booking tickets through AXS. Their chat live with an agent feature is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. The agents ask you all these questions making you leave the internet app to check your email ie: confirmation number and when you come back to the chat the agent is gone and you have to start all over again. It took me 3 attempts to realize it was on their end and not mine. They should make a warning that you cannot leave the app & need both your phone and a laptop if you want any help. Also, they’re giving everyone their tickets ONE day before the event??? How sketchy. I tried asking the agent further questions & he just ended the chat. Not even answering any - Kevin W. then Tasha C. The next agent Took 40 minutes just to answer ONE question I had. It was ridiculous. She took 5 minutes just to ask me another question & not even answer my first question. I tried to ask for a supervisor several times & she assured me they didn’t have one and there was no way to contact one. Yeah right.. she just didn’t want to get in trouble

RHS tickets

Booked tickets for RHS Wentworth and told I needed that AXS app to access my tickets.
Went to download the app and ended up with a fake site but had already given my card details before I deleted the fake app.
Fraud team have contacted me this evening that they have declined subscription payments of 59 pounds to a site in Cyprus twice in the last week linked to the fake AXS.
Be careful, thought I was savvy.

Utterly useless!

The most frustrating ticket booking experience I've ever had. I'm pretty computer literate and I regularly buy a very wide range of goods and services online but simply attempting to buy two tickets to the RHS Flower Show via the AXS website took me over half an hour. I very nearly gave up altogether! I frankly can't be bothered to go into the various problems that I encountered but the whole process was a truly dire experience. I simply can't understand how The RHS came to award this year's ticketing service contract to AXS and I very much hope that they never do so again.
