Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 124 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Consumers face endless frustration navigating the poorly designed website and clumsy mobile application, frequently experiencing severe technical errors and endless login lockouts. Many desperate buyers waste several hours trying to secure tickets while the flawed system incorrectly mistakes them for automated bots during checkout. Reaching out for assistance is equally painful because customer service representatives remain completely unresponsive or unavailable to speak with users. Some reviewers were happy with the platform, mentioning that certain initial orders and direct ticket purchases proceed quite smoothly without experiencing unexpected technical trouble.

Shame i cannot leave 0 stars

Shame i cannot leave zero stars. We've spent hours trying to buy tickets for the Radiohead concert, only for the payment to be rejected at the last step (we've tried with 3 different payment methods from 2 different computers, called our bank, nothing!). Totally impossible to speak to a human being at axs, only the useless virtual assistanr, a disconnected phone number and a WhatsApp number that nobody responds to). Stay away from them!!!

Benson Boone gig having…

Turn up for the Benson Boone gig having sent £1000 plus hotel and train. On arrival we get told the gig is cancelled. Cancelled meaning a refund, but a few days get a notification saying it's postponed meaning no refund. All that money earning interest, whilst many are left out of pocket just before Christmas!!!! I can't afford to pay for travel and hotel expenses for 3 people again

the worst ticket company ever seen

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the way your platform treats legitimate users. My account has once again been blocked as if I were some automated bot, without any explanation, warning, or reason. As a result, I was completely unable to log in yesterday when I needed to purchase NBA tickets. This is absolutely unacceptable for a service of your scale.

Your repeated and arbitrary account restrictions show a complete lack of respect for your customers. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional, it borders on negligence. I have done nothing that could justify such treatment, and yet I have been locked out without recourse or proper support.

It is also impossible to overlook the disastrous way you handled ticket sales for last year’s League of Legends event, a perfect example of how poorly your systems and communication are managed. The lack of transparency and reliability is astonishing.

I expect a clear explanation for why my account was flagged again and what concrete measures you intend to take to prevent this from happening in the future. The current experience is not only disappointing, it is insulting to paying users who simply expect fairness and functionality.

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would! I'm trying to buy tickets through AXS and no matter what I do the system thinks I'm a bot. I've tried Incognito mode, different browsers and the app. Support is a useless chatbot that just tells me to do everything I've already tried. I'm going to have to book by phone instead, so much for technology... I'm surprised they sell any tickets at all!

Avoid

Bought add on merch via AXS at 50 pounds each for The Gladiators O2 live show. I payed for 3 packs. Noone was aware of the existence of them at the venue despite talking to various staff. A team leader eventually advised that they should have been posted. No phone number to call them. I have emailed to ask where they are! 150 pounds worth of merch gone ! Avoid

The worst customer service ever!!

I turned up at the O2 after great expense with my 83 year old mum, only to be told the show had been cancelled and I should have been notified. I received no notification in any way, including no email to junk. The phone numbers for this company don't work. You can only email them, and I got a reply saying resolved, without any actual communication from them. I've not received any refund. This is by far the worst customer experience I've ever had, by some distance. It's like dealing with a scam company.

Makes Ticketmaster look like the good guys

I once thought Ticketmaster was the worst thing to happen to live music. Then I tried buying tickets through AXS...

The last time I used software that even came close to being this completely broken and bug ridden, I was trying to install an experimental server on one of the worst operating systems of all time: Microsoft ME.

I have never in my life encountered such a dreadful, unfit for purpose, utterly Non-functional website.

Having been redirected multiple times, on 3 occasions to broken links which caused me to have to restart the whole checkout journey, I finally got through. Only to immediately be flagged as a bot despite passing the captcha 4 times and not using a VPN. After going through the whole process again from the beginning, the show was predictably sold out.

A few weeks later some resale tickets were available. This time I actually managed to buy them. At least I thought I did. Until a few hours later when I got an email informing me my booking had been cancelled due to a missing payment (the funds had been taken from my account)

After several days of trying to get customer support to resolve the issue, I was given a refund. Not the tickets. Not an apology. Not even an attempt to rectify the situation. I paid for the tickets. The checkout was successful. I had them taken off me for no reason as far as I can tell other than that I was unfortunate enough to be one of the thousands of customers who ran into a severe bug in the software.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Bought tickets 6 months ago, couldn't print tickets off until the day before, as weren't available, only to find out that the parking was not included and you have to pre book parking 24 hours before the show. Tried to re sell the tickets on their site. Totally hopeless.
They emailed me today to say I might want to lower my price , this was 2 hours before the show and couldnt even get access to the ticket selling page via my account to edit the price. Total rip off. AVOID

LEGAL ACTION against AXS

Clearly only LEGAL ACTION is going to sort out the appalling AXS IT system. I have tried, as a person having to go into hospital, to sell my tickets - but the re-sell process does NOT work. So I am now appealling to my credit card company to intervene.

Failing that I will sue AXS for breach of contract and it is contractually obliged to allow the resale of tickets. AVOID AXS.

Artist presale not showing most of tickets!

Signed up for artist presale. Got through wait list to finally get some tickets. Almost nothing left. Ended up buying some that were a little more expensive than I wanted. Look two hours later and there are HUNDREDS of tickets showing up. Literally so many available now. Feels kind of nasty - like they were pretending to have none available. Really nasty and underhanded. Wish I would have waited now but every other site I have used has had no tickets left then.

Cannot log into the AXS App!!!

I cannot log into the App at all! I reinstalled the app, changed my password and nothing fixed the issue. How can I go to the concert if I cannot access my tickets. Totally frustrated and no help from AXS either!

If you ever want to become tech savvy, try buying a ticket from AXS. I am having payment issues since past two years and noting gets resolved.
The support always tries to divert attention to problem with banks/cards and your faulty laptop and internet connection issues.
No one at support has any clue what is going wrong. They sometimes even advise you to try changing the internet connection.
Come on AXS, just shut this website down.

Infuriating customer experience

Ticket Master are bad , this company and it's unfit for purpose ap and website are atrocious
If any event i wish to attend necessitates the use of AXS and unfortunately many do, I won't be going. Nothing is worth the lost time and aggravation that attempting to use AXS provides. I wasted 2 hours today attempting to locate my tickets and when I do find them , I will attempt to sell them, probably costing myself yet more wasted time. If I can't sell them then I guess I just turn up at the venue and hope the website works?
No! It's one thing to waste hours at home on a dud website but I'm not dragging myself to London on the off-chance that the AXS ap decides to work that day. I am done with AXS.

Shady, Terrible. AXS needs to be investigated

Terrible, terrible, terrible. AXS is one of the worst and shadiest companies I have ever has the displeasure of having to use. "Insurance Coverage" wouldn't refund my ticket which I was sick, even with a doctors note. I then resold my ticket, and even though it was resold for the same price I bought it for, with their obscene sales fees I only got 50% of my money back (supposedly, I still don't see the money in paypal over a week later). Not to mention all the technical errors, awful app, and getting locked out of my account conveniently when I was trying to make an insurance claim (coincidence? probably, but you never know)

Poor AXS system

Disaster, trying to get Luke Combes world tour 2026 for August Wembley! I had Bootlegger early access and got through twice, each time putting 3 tickets in my basket, only to be told I couldn’t purchase them. These were 3 seats next to each other and the only ones on the row! Tried for an hour and then gave up! Crazy system!
