I too fell for it….after 6 weeks shows delivered but it wasn’t! USPS has no record of shipment coming thru.

A scam. Avoid. I too had USB cables delivered to prove a delivery was made. Avoid at all costs.

One star too many. This company is a total scam. I should have researched about them before ordering....no delivery, fake tracking . This is a disgrace...Tgere should be a way for ppl that create these sights to be punished.

I really wished I looked this company up before I have them my $. I paid on shop pay and never had an issue when ordering through them. That they at least do their due diligence to make sure these companies that they are allowing to use their platform are legit. They need to stop helping them scam people. SCAM SCAM SAM

SCAM. Tracking says package delivered 7/28 but no delivery. Contacted company, no response to date.

The one star is not low enough! I ordered 2 of their camping cots on June 9, 2025 and the price of $92.80 was charged on my C/C June 10th. E-mail stated cots were shipped. Tracking number shows from China landing in my City and State AND delivering 7/28/2025. “BUT NOT TO MY APT ADDRESS!! I have sent them several e-mails asking where my order was…NO REPLIES BACK!!! Their phone number on their Website DOES NOT WORK!!!
They stated to me back in June, with an e-mail, that they had 2 warehouses, located in the USA and Overseas. Due to selling out in the US my order would be coming from overseas!!! (I told them their AD stated “Made in USA”!! I would NOT have ordered if the order was from overseas! My last e-mail to them was “if you are not delivering my order to Me, then I want my Refund ASAP”!!!

Would give a zero but can't. Waited 36 days says it was delivered but it wasn't. Tried to buy their pool with a umbrella. Gave a tracking number that was probably all fake now im 80 plus dollars

This company scams people out of money, they don't send the product. They produce fake tracking labels, they said they delivered my product 4 days ago yet I received nothing. Don't do business with this company they don't answer emails when you try to contact them either.

I REALLY WISH I WOULD HAVE READ REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING THESE UMBRELLA POOLS. TRACKING SHOWED DELIVERED BUT NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING. I HAVE CONTACTED USPS AND HAVE ABSOLUTELY GOT NO RESULTS.I WILL BE SEEKING A REFUND AND CONTACTING BBB.

I would not even give them a 1 if possible. I ordered a pool I got a tracking number tracked if for 35 days and it then said updated delivered. Never got it called the post office gave them the tracker I got they said it was not valid. So I lost 80 dollars. This place is a scam, I email three times not answer so I assume the support email is fake like the 188 phone number is. Shame people like you are the reason people dont buy online much. I am learning my lesson to go to a store and order. Bad think is You all are listed on AMAZON also so now you have to careful of companies on AMAZON.

Order sunny splash from Axuro June 22, 2025 and did not receive my order it's now over a month later July 31st 2025. I have been scammed.🤬

STAY AWAY! If I could rate them a negative star I would. Placed order in May - it’s now basically August and the pool has not arrived. This “made in USA” pool is somewhere in China. My daughter is was looking forward to this pool the whole summer. Thanks for nothing Axuro. I am still waiting for my refund.

The store is a scam they pretended that they will sent your items thur a Delivery Service that will never get delivered.then the delivery service information is all fake
And Axuro information is all fake .
Do not buy anything thing from this store .

I ordered not one but two pools as I got one for my sister for her birthday. I ordered them June 14th and though it says they were delivered two days ago I have not received anything! It said 6 to 8 days for delivery but its been a month and a half! I spent alot of money on these and I'm so pissed! The post office does not have them and I cant seem to get a response from them at all! I jist saw their raiting is as low as it can be. Do not order from this scam site you will be in the same position as the rest of us. I cant believe with how big of a scam system they have going with Facebook and tiktok adds that they havnt been shut down. I saw one review where a guy actually got his pool but complained it was the wrong color. Ide be happy with that considering hes the one and only person who received anything except a phone cord! Please shut these thieves down! People work hard for their money and I jist look like an azz spending all this money and my sister not even getting her gift! SHUT THEM DOWN!

Was given a tracking number that is non existent!
Went to my local post office and confirmed its a SCAM. So many red flags with the information 17Track is providing.

Unfortunately, I’m forced to even give this scam a star. Items never received. The bogus tracking system shows a delivery of USB cables just so they can proved a delivery was made. I ordered the pool. Instead, USB charging cables were sent. I’ve disputed the charges and the company had the gall to say the delivery was made and asked if I could reverse charges. ABSOLUTELY NOT! This is a BS company with fraudulent deceptive practices. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

After six weeks of following an apparent phony tracking app, they say they have been delivered.
I’ve never received them. I contacted my credit card and they immediately refunded the $97 I’d paid.Axuro

scam, I ordered the sunny splash June 13th have not received it and it was a 30 day delivery guarantee, I have sent messages with no reply , no one answers phone and the tracking number says it was delivered to my state not my address,I let my bank know this is a scam.

I ordered a pool 2 months ago and still have not received it. I tried contacting them but get no reply
