The Dubai Creek apartment I stayed in was absolutely beautiful, spotless and well equipped. Sina is a brilliant host and couldn’t have been more helpful - even looking after some property I’d left behind!
Overall a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Brilliant Stay
What can I say? Staying at one of Aya Boutique’s properties for nearly two months was an absolute pleasure. From the moment we checked in, we were warmly greeted and given a thorough tour of the space. The design was nothing short of immaculate—modern, clean, comfortable, and genuinely homely.
The location? In my opinion, it’s the best area in Dubai. Stunning views, a beautiful pool, and top-tier service made every day feel like a retreat. Management, especially Sina, was attentive, responsive, and refreshingly reasonable throughout our stay.
I wholeheartedly recommend Aya Boutique’s properties to anyone visiting Dubai. Hands down, the best Airbnb experience I’ve had in the city.
