I absolutely love my new bikini! The fit is perfect and the quality is outstanding, it feels really well made. I initially ordered a top that was a bit too small, but the exchange process was quick and easy. The delivery was super fast, and the customer service was so personal and warm, they really went above and beyond. I’ve bought three bikinis from AYA so far. The fit is good, and the fabric feels nice. I also had a small issue with one of the pads disintegrating, but customer support was helpful, and I could reorder it without any hassle. Overall, I would again.

My first time buying from Aya - my order got stuck and I’d requested express shipping as I was off on holiday…customer service were so quick to reply and my bikini shipped almost immediately and was posted through my door the following day! Gorgeous, good quality bikini and amazing customer service - will buy from Aya again!

I first emailed their customer service for assistance, didn’t receive update for a while. Then I contacted them again through the chat on their website, knowing that my email went into spam folder. The customer service was lovely and helpful, and helped to sort out the issue very quickly.

Love their style and quality, price is not cheap but reasonable I’d say. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for some nice bikinis and swimsuits this is the right brand! I knew them from Instagram and when I found out they opened a pop up store in Amsterdam I rushed to try their bikinis on :) they are of great quality, sustainable and long lasting. Customer service is fast and very helpful too and kind. :) I really hope they will have another pop up store in Amsterdam!

I recently (unknowingly) ordered the incorrect swimsuit from AYA. When I let them know it didn't fit as expected, as I was trying to order the same one I had bought a few years ago, they identified the correct swimsuit based on my order history. Unfortunately the one I wanted was discontinued, but they found one left at the warehouse and sent it my way immediately. Best customer service ever.

I am incredibly happy with my new swimwear! It does not look like it (very delicate cutouts), but it allows for a lot of activities without coverage moving, the fabric feels and looks great and it fits perfectly. Also, great customer service, that made last-minute changes possible. Thank you so much!

Firstly the service was excellent. More over, the bikini is excellent quality and a excellent fit.

I recently purchased two of the most beautiful bikinis that fit perfectly, are of very high quality and look amazing! On this alone I would highly recommend Aya!

I also had some issues returning some items (I had ordered multiple sizes) as customs in Netherlands returned them to me. Aya customer service went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me sort out the issue. I ordered some bikinis before my wedding, but mistakenly did not select express delivery and subsequently missed out on my order - I had all sorts of issues with missed deliveries etc and the AYA customer service team went ABOVE and beyond to help me, to ensure I had the bikinis in time. They were incredibly kind and helpful, and not only that, the bikinis I ordered were beautiful and I will definitely be ordering more.
