I’ve just made the best customer experience with AYA Label! 🙏🏽
I returned the things I did not want to AYA, but chose to do it my own way and not through AYA‘s return track and trace process - which was kind of stupid from me in retrospective. My parcel got lost on its way, so were those bikinis - worth a couple of hundred of euros. Instead of blaming me for it, AYA kept in touch with me over those weeks while I was waiting for it to hopefully finally arrive. As it became more and more apparent that the parcel got lost forever, AYA offered a total refund on their behalf - without me asking for it! Thanks so much, you saved me 😇

I ordered a bikini with enough time to spare (as per the timings on their website) for delivery to the UK but tracking suddenly stopped showing progress. I got in touch asking for a solution that would get me the bikini in time for my holidays 3 days later. Customer Service was really prompt and lovely and re-sent the bikini via express delivery, it arrived 2 days later and I was super pleased with it too! I wish they stocked XL for the bottom - hoping for the future!

Ordered 2 bikinis both size medium. One bikini fit fine. other bikini bottoms were too big and top was too small so sent back for a voucher/credit to my account. 4weeks later item hasnt ‘arrived’ and they state the package is stuck in customs. Unable to provide a refund or a voucher - very poor response timeframes from customer service. looks like ive lost out on over £80 + pp. Quicker to purchase the correct size and pay twice than recieve a refund or an exchange of any kind! If you do order from them be 100% sure on the size and order 1 at a time as youll never hear back. If you have no boobs and a size 8 then this is the company for you as everything will fit just fine.

This is the thirst year I am buying their product and, concerning their swimsuits, I can say I’m highly satisfied. After years of usage the first product I bought still looks as good as at the beginning and I still receive compliments.
I recently had the wrong product delivered and within 2 days - and a rapid exchange of emails with customer care - I managed to send the product back and have the new one on its way. I can say I’m highly satisfied with the customer service so far.

I found a mislabeled item in my order. The customer Service responded within 24 hours and sent me a free return label and the item in the correct size again. The customer service is honestly excellent.
Also, the fabric quality was very appealing to me, the product looked exactly like the picture.
Absolutely recommended, looking forward to wearing the bikinis in the summer!

The products arrived in time and in good condition. The size guide on the website is 100% accurate! The customer service was easy to contact via chat or mail and replied in time. They were very friendly and helpful when I needed help with a return.

The swimwear is beautiful, I’ve never found a brand that has so many good fitting pieces. They last me a while and most importantly, the color doesn’t fade. They’re also lovely in terms of customer service!

I ordered from Aya for the first time, all bikinis have a nice fit and a classic, endless design. The team of Aya is very friendly and very fast responsive. Would definitely recommend!

I’m a AYA-fan since the beginning! The quality of the fabric is so beautifull! As a lady with curves this label is magic!!

Super pleased with my experience! Fast delivery, the bikini is very pretty and the material feels great. I love that you can adjust all the straps also. Only downside is that I believe that the XL cup was a little bit small (medusa top) felt more like an L.

I bought the Selene (string) top and Demeter (knotted) bottoms. They came quickly to the US and seem to be nice quality and look as pictured, though I haven't worn them in water yet. The Selene top strings are flimsy (as to be expected with a string bikini) but are too stretchy and offer less support than other string bikinis I've worn before. I'm 5'11 around 150-155 with a 34D bra size and bought larges in both the top and bottom to hopefully get extra coverage, though I would normally order medium swimsuits. Other reviews I read said their suits run small. The bottoms are big on me-- wrinkly in the front but look fine in the back (and I have a small butt). The top fits fine as it's very adjustable. Overall, a good experience but the biggest downside is they don't have free returns/exchanges or shipping under $70 and I would like to get a M in the bottoms, so I'll have to pay over $20 extra just to get a better size.

Lovely fit/design, really nice material and great customer service — I’ve put in repeat orders with Aya and their bikinis never disappoint. They run a little on the small side (I’m UK 6-8 and wear an Aya M) but for me, at least, the fit is perfect. One of my favourite swimwear brands. 100% recommend.

Waiting since over a month for my refund which they claim to have processed within 14 days. Send multiple emails and even posted messages on their instagram account to find many other customers experience the same. I’m out of pocket of €60 and paid for my own postage and handling. Small in perspective but principally their service has been beyond disappointing.

I ordered the Iris bikini in orange and love it. The top has removable padding which is hard to come by these days (most brands seem to think double-lining is enough!). And it feels even better that they are sustainably made.

The tie on the bikini bottoms broke when I tried to take them off after a couple months but I contacted customer service and they sent me new ones almost immediately. They were super helpful and simply asked for a photo. They even sent me a size smaller which I requested for.
