Order not received and looking at the other reviews this is not uncommon. No one has responded to my email. I would like my money back. What a shame.

The quality of the dye was great, I managed to fix a jacket that lost all its color after I washed it, now after using the Aybel it looks like when I bought it. Great products !

Very poorly packaged. Opened the parcel and the outsides of all the little powder packets are covered in dye powder as are my hands and kitchen counter. They are unbroken packets so this is from the warehouse. Unprofessional. Have not used the products yet as they arrived today about 10 days after estimated arrival date,
