Great customer service experience.

I really like that Ayla carefully curates their products and provides details about each one so I know which ones will work with my skin type. If you have sensitive skin, check this site out. Their products can be expensive, but I think they are worth the money because of the high quality.

My skin has been exceptionally sensitive most of my life: cystic acne, clogged pores, rosacea, rashes and inflammation, watering eyes, you name it. I would warn facialists pretreatment yet they were always shocked by how reactive my skin became. It wasn’t until I started using Ayla Beauty, their guidance, and exceptionally well curated products that my skin balanced and has maintained consistent health. I am in my 50’s and want real results, and no irritation. I have tried many retinols including prescription strength. In the last 2 months I started Dara Kennedy Retinal and have not had a single incidence of irritation or redness. In fact I can use it nightly. It has cleared my pores, added luminosity and smoothing, is brightening and firming, and my skin doesn’t have that inflamed feeling I typically get from active type products. A year ago I integrated the Dara Kennedy Sea Serum into my regime for day, to provide nutrients for overall skin health, elasticity and glow. I love changing my routine up/trying new products from Ayla, but since I started with the Sea Serum it has become a daily staple. Clean beauty is exceptionally important to me for health reasons, as well as ensuring I am doing right by the planet, and these two products have that in spades.

I've been shopping here for years! With all the questionable products and sites out there, I put my trust into Ayla. I know they take clean beauty seriously and I'm so grateful for this one stop shop. They're also great for gifts. I always find the perfect gift for any occasion.
