Op. Dr. Aytaç Kılıç is an ENT (Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery) specialist based in Antalya, Turkey, with a practice focused on facial aesthetic surgery. He earned his medical degree at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine and completed his ENT specialty training in Turkey. During his training, he spent time as a Visiting Student in the Department of Otolaryngology at Harvard Medical School, assisting in facial and reconstructive procedures. Procedures offered: • Rhinoplasty • Revision rhinoplasty • Fox eye surgery • Upper eyelid surgery (upper blepharoplasty) • Otoplasty (ear pinning) • Bichectomy (buccal fat removal) As an ENT surgeon, Dr. Kılıç plans rhinoplasty with both nasal function and appearance in mind. Patients travel to Antalya from the United Kingdom, Europe, North America and the Middle East. The process begins with a video consultation directly with Dr. Kılıç, in which goals, photos and anatomy are discussed and a realistic plan is made. A written quote is shared only after this consultation. A typical stay in Antalya is 6–10 days, covering surgery, recovery and a final examination before flight clearance. Accommodation and transfers can be arranged as part of the plan. Consultations take place at the practice in Antalya / Turkey. Surgeries are performed in a fully equipped private hospital, under general anaesthesia with a dedicated anaesthetist. After surgery, patients are followed for approximately 18 months: weekly photos and videos during the first month, then a structured long-term schedule via WhatsApp. An English-speaking patient care team handles communication across time zones, while every clinical decision is made by Dr. Kılıç personally.
