Reordered dress due to sewing malfunction, received the EXACT SAME DRESS
I am extremely disappointed as I have now ordered two dresses from them. The first one I received and the pad in the bra was sewn in completely bunched up. They made me pay for shipping to send it back and I had to go through customer service to get my shipping costs back plus basically beg for a discount to reorder the exacts same dress and by exact same dress, I mean they literally shipped me the exact dress that was sewn wrong the first time. Absolutely ridiculous and clearly no quality checks from the company. If you want stress free ordering and good quality dresses, go anywhere else.

Sharmaine is great!
Sharmaine made my return experience really easy, and she was extremely nice and quick responding! Although, I am disappointed I couldn’t just do a quick exchange of my fiancé’s vest to a smaller size, the process for receiving a credit to use on the new purchase was a quick turnaround.
I have used Azazie many times for wedding related things & will continue to use this website in the future.
Extremely late delivery
We have placed an order on the 11/03 thereafter the expected delivery date has been moved up twice making this impossible to be in-time for my wedding . The support was ‘sorry for the inconvenience’ and 10% refund. This can’t solve the problem that my bridesmaid won’t have a dress at my wedding.
Honestly will not recommend to anyone.
I will never order from Azazie again
I will never order from Azazie again. They don’t send an email to track shipping once the item is shipped like they said they do, the item was delivered it said at 5:30 pm last night, but ring doesn’t show it on my doorstep until past 8 pm, didn’t notify me it was delivered until a confirmation email came through this morning at 11:30 am, well over 12 hours later. And because I didn’t know the package was even delivered I didn’t grab it, so someone came and opened the box on my doorstep at 2 am to see what was inside. I’ve never had such a horrible experience from a company. Do not buy from here.

I had a little trouble with shipping
I had a little trouble with my dress getting shipped, the post office returned it to sender, but I called customer service and their agent Emmy got it delivered to me within 48 hours she was very helpful! And the dress fit great!
The BEST Customer Service
I ordered three try-on bridesmaid dresses, using Azazie's try-on program. In the meantime, I had some really challenging and life-altering events occur; and, I was late by two days to return the try-on dresses. On top of that, I didn't read the provided return label close enough to realize I was supposed to drop them off at FedEx and I dropped them at my local USPS office -- straight into the parcel box -- without even thinking about it. I didn't go to the counter and get a receipt to confirm the drop-off (I had never had problems before).
When I got the emails realizing that my returns hadn't arrived back to Azazie and I would be charged the full amount for all three dresses (per their clearly stated policy) I was distraught. It was my fault, but I was under a lot of stress and this was a significant amount of money for me.
This is where the BEST customer service comes in. I called and spoke with a representative who patiently listened to the entire saga. She reassured me she would look into it and follow up. Then, that same exact representative followed up by email and we problem-solved together over the next week. She checked with her warehouse team, and I made trips to USPS and FedEx. She continued to provided helpful recommendations and assured me that she would do everything she could to find my return!
I was so surprised that I remained in contact with the same customer service representative, and she was ACTUALLY committed to helping me.
In the end, after we had exhausted all our options, the Azazie team decided to make a one-time exception and refund me the cost of the dresses. A day after she shared this news with me, I got the notice that the dresses, at last, arrived at the warehouse (albeit late).
All the same, the customer service team went far above and BEYOND to help me -- they really treated me like a human being trying their best.
I am an Azazie customer for life -- because of their kindness, compassion, and true desire to help me. I look forward to buying my bridesmaid dress from them this year.
Flawless experience for MOB
I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Azazie. I purchased a ready-to-ship Mother of the Bride dress and, on a bit of a leap of faith, also ordered custom shoes that weren’t originally scheduled to arrive until after my daughter’s wedding.
To my surprise and absolute delight, their team went above and beyond to make it happen—my custom shoes arrived four days before the wedding. That level of effort and care is rare and truly appreciated.
The dress was stunning, beautifully made, and fit perfectly right out of the box. The shoes were just as impressive—elegant, comfortable, and perfectly matched. The quality of both pieces exceeded my expectations.
If you’re on the fence, don’t be. Between the craftsmanship and the exceptional customer service, this was easily a five-star experience. I felt confident, comfortable, and truly special on such an important day.

From Try-On to “The One” — A Seamless Experience
From the very first shipped try-on dresses to THE final selection, our experience with Azazie was nothing short of exceptional. My daughter initially fell in love with one of the try-on dresses—but everything changed when we visited an Azazie pop-up and she completely fell for a new style. I highly recommend attending a pop-up if you have the chance.
Customer service was great—once we connected with an actual agent, they walked us through delivery details and put every concern at ease.
I can’t wait to see her walk down the aisle in her perfect Azazie dress!

No such thing as customer service
Absolutely terrible experience and terrible customer service. I made my order nearly 2 weeks ago and it was ‘delivered’ over a week ago.
Except the item was signed for by someone that isn’t me or my household, the delivery photo is in a random house that isn’t mine and my multiple and persistent attempts to reach customer service have been completely ignored. Multiple emails, the joke of the live chat system and comments on social media have had no response.
Although this appears to be a delivery issue, my contract of sale is with azazie and the lack of customer service is atrocious. I have an event this weekend that I now need to find another dress for. Such a disappointing and frustrating situation.
If I don’t hear back from them soon, I will need to process a chargeback through my bank

Great customer service
Over the past several weeks, I used Azazie for my first time in looking for a mother of the bride dress. I ended up ordering several dresses to try on. I did not realize quickly enough the fact that I needed to return the "try-on" dresses within one week and I got behind on my returns. I also made 2 different mistakes in attaching the proper label with the proper dress. Throughout this process I worked closely with one staff member who helped me immeasurably. She straightened out my mistakes, she gave me extensions on the deadlines and she was thoroughly pleasant and patient with me during the process. Based on this experience I recommend Azazie highly!
I love this company!
I love this company! I have ordered many dresses for weddings through Azazie. They have a wonderful try on program which allows you to try before you buy! The returns are easy and the free fabric swatches are awesome. I have used their site for all of my kids bridesmaids dresses and my Mother of the Bride dresses. The quality of the construction, fabric and fit are hard to beat for the price. Don't hesitate to buy through Azazie!

So I appreciate their honesty in telling me that they didn't know the answers to some questions AND reaching back out to answer the question as they said they would on our call. I had a coupon that was eligible until March 31, however, I trued to order and it says expired. I called customer service, provided my information & issue, although I was on hold for approx 14 min, my rep came back in apologized for the wait and provided a new coupon number and extended the time I could use it. Great customer service!!
I bought 3 dresses which when received…
I bought 3 dresses which when received were too small, I requested my return with the company and received the return label and sent it back via Royal Mail. According to the tacking provided by Royal Mail it has been picked up in Reddich, I have tried to contact the company via live chat and can never get connected to an agent, I have sent an email for an update to which I haven’t recieved a reply. I am still waiting for my refund from the company for the dresses and everything was done on time on my end, it would be nice to have my refund returned to the customer. Weddings are expensive without losing money that belongs to the customer.

Ordered a dress over a month ago—still nothing. The courier claims I entered the incorrect address, yet somehow one of my two orders showed up just fine. So what exactly was “incorrect”?
Customer service responded, but did absolutely nothing and just pushed it off to the courier.
Save your money—this place is happy to charge you and never deliver their product.

Ordered a Mom's Bride Dress
I placed my order a couple of weeks ago and had questions afterwards. So I immediately emailed Azazie customer service about my concern. In a few days, I received an email back. I had Michelle assisted me with my order. She was right there to help me make sure that my dress size measurements were accurate. I was happy with her help. She was very responsive once we connected via email. I appreciate that kind of customer services, fast and prompt. I hope that the rest of the great services continues with Azazie, because if they do execute, I'll definitely recommend them to others and I will continue to order with them in the future. Although my order is still processing and I'm looking forward to receive the package of the dress, shoes, bag and scarf very soon. This order is very important because it's for a special occasion. I've ordered a dress for daughter's wedding that is coming up this coming June and hoping it fits nicely. My fingers are crossed that all will go well with my order.
