Really great response time and super thoughtful. I feel like I was talking to real humans not robots or automotive responses very pleased with their customer service and their products for the trial on dresses were fabulous.

Dress came wirh marks on shoulder ive message the about this over a week ago. Absolutely ignored . Message serval times. DONT ORDER THEY SEND DIRTY CLOTHES

I have two wedding dresses from Azazie, I had a bridesmaid dress from them for my sisters wedding. Im going to get all my bridesmaids dresses and flowergirls and ties from here too. The price is really affordable and the quality is lovely. They may take a few days to get back to you but customer service is also excellent. I dont normally leave reviews!

Part of my order had to come though the United States and was delayed but the customer service representative was fully able to rectify the problem. Cassy went above and beyond to make sure I had a happy shopping experience. The dresses arrived and were the right color and reflected the images of what was ordered. I would definitely purchase again.

Fantastic customer service. I realized I had ordered the wrong size way after the window to cancel my order based on their policy but the agent was super helpful and was sable to cancel my original order and I placed a new order.

If i can give more than 5 stars I would. Azazie became my favourite website for formal dresses. Their dresses are so nice and the quality is very very good. What really marked my experience was the amazing customer service they had. I had issues with my try on dress and the tags got torn by accident and I was really worried that they charge me full price because the dress didn't fit me since I ordered a smaller size and I also didn't have time at all to return the item within their 7 day return policy. Reinalyn was so sweet. She went above and beyond to make sure i get the best customer service. She was so understanding and she really made me love the brand more. I am definetely shopping here again. Thank you so much Reinalyn. You're really THE best

Unfortunately my wedding dress was lost in the mail. I contacted azazie live chat and within 24 hrs a new remake ordered was already in production. The customer service representative was amazing and super helpful!

I bought a final sale dress but it don’t fit although I stuck to the size guideline. I called in and was told I’d get store credit to exchange. I was grateful since it was a final sale item that they had great customer service. I went to check my email for the exchange and found I got a refund. I called back to verify, and they told me to keep the dress. Both calls were great experiences and I’ve bought from them before without any trouble, this was the first time, and will continue to buy from them.

Overall really happy with the experience. I bought two dresses for wedding guests and I love them both. I’m gonna try to “organize” the review as best I can so it’s helpful :)

1. Sizing: I usually wear a retail size 48/ 50 EU and I sized up for both dresses - 1 size for the one which seemed to have more stretch and 2 sizes up for the one with a more rigid/ corset top. They both ended up fitting perfectly. So I definitely suggest following the measurements/ sizing up as formal dress sizes tend to run smaller than retail sizes.

2. Shipping: they were delivered in the specified term (4-5 weeks) to Romania, straight at the address with no issues or additional customs/ charges.

3. Quality: they are really well made with quality materials. The more structured dress is heavy and both definitely feel “expensive”.

Definitely recommend them and I will probably return if I’m in need of other dresses for events.

I’ve had a great experience with Azazie! For one you can purchase try on dresses that come very quick! In addition, I love the review pictures that are usually available on the site so you can see what they really look like! I believe all of the dresses come with add on straps too! I had made a mistake regarding a try on dress return, and the staff (Renz and Carlos) were able to quickly respond and understand my situation and give me a discount even though it was my wrong doing. I overall would recommend Azazie!

What can I say... I ordered a dress from Azazie which had a delivery date of 15th March. That day came and went so i got In touch with Royal Mail who told me the delivery van had been robbed. They gave me a crime ref no and said to give it to the sender which I did, in less than a week Azazie had refunded me the whole amount no questions asked.... I was gob smacked.
Thank you Azazie I was able to then order another dress which will arrive in the next few days...absolutely fantastic 5***** customer service .... Thank you

Incredibly low quality, they must have bought positive reviews or something. The fabric quality is low, the dresses look different from the pictures, and the finish is poor. On top of that, the delivery carrier they chose for the last mile delivery kept lying about trying to deliver the dress. I will never buy from here again.

Amazing service!
I ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses, I ensured I checked measurements beforehand but these were test dresses to see if my girls liked them before I ordered, so i purchased closest size match I could knowing the sizing might be off, They loved them, so now i can order there exact sizing. As the site isn't doing exchanges at the moment i have returned the current standard sizing and the refund process was so quick and simple. Returned last Monday, funds back in my account a week later.
The fabric was great quality and the styles all looked great on my girls. They all felt comfortable and excited to wear the dresses they chose.
I am planning to order the custom sizing tonight and can't wait for the dresses to arrive.
