After a month of waiting for my order, I requested it be cancelled and I receive a refund.
No response! Emailed AGAIN. Got an automated email stating their apologies, there are delays.
Emailed AGAIN, demanding a refund. While my request was said to be granted, it is 1 week later and no refund has been processes into my account and I am now left STILL chasing it up.
It's a shame that a big name brand like Baby Bunting has failed to deliver and has provided such poor customer service.
I would not recommend this company to friends nor will I continue to shop here. I'll be taking my money elsewhere.

WORST gift registry
Your App for the registry and your site couldn't be any worse. How can any retail business mess having these 2 things up? As a result of your terrible IT I did my whole registry elsewhere. Such a bad user experience all around. The odd thing is all the staff in store know and say it's a constant issue!

Baby seat installation is a rip off
Just paid $450 for a baby seat and then another $45 for a five minute installation. I complained and was told the $45 was paying for peace of mind.
If that's not emotional blackmail I don't know what else it could be. Be warned the installation was just plug in, anyone could do it. Save your money.

I was very Impressed with the high level of customer service that their SA store in Smithfield offered to me and the wide range of products that they had available! One of the staff members their even helped me to fix a problem with a pram that I hadn't even purchased from their store! Great baby store I'll definitely be going their for all of my baby product purchases that's for sure!
