I would like to say THANK YOU !!! To a male sales assistant (sorry don't know name, id say over 45''s with beard and THANK YOU!!! To a shops owner!
I have been in multiple shops but couldn't made up my mind about what stroller to buy. No other shop made me feel so welcome and valued as a customer. The task was to find stroller big in size, as high as possible from the ground, easy to fold. Most of the shops advised Bogaboo dragonfly or fox 5. Honestly I hated the looks and they weren't as high. Male sales assistant carefully listened to my needs and advise Vista or ICANDY as it had extentions, I left the shop to make a bit research, few days later I came back to purchase ICANDY bundle but wasn't sure about the color. I was welcomed to the shop by the owner, he even held the doors for me. We had a chat about bundles.... Honestly comming to the shop I was thinking about getting cookie or biscotti color, but have purchased pecan with professional help. Again, thanks a million to the owner as promised order has arrived next day, im obsalutely delighted that I have purchased pecan, so rich color and looks so luxury and expensive. Im so happy with purchase no words to describe!!!

5* Fantastic service, placed order online with fast delivery. Also best price for the buggy I bought. Great communication and even followed up with me to ensure the buggy arrived safely. Would highly recommend and would purchase from here again!

I placed an order for a three piece nursery set for my baby’s room on the 9th of August 2025, five and a half weeks before my baby was due. My baby arrived on the 18th of September and is now two weeks old and I still have not received one piece of furniture for his room. I made contact with the store and I was informed that the shipping container was lost and a new order would need to be placed. I received no update about this issue or any contact from the company or apology and I still to date have not received any date for delivery of the items. There is a frustrating lack of communication from the company and no empathy at all for new mothers who wished to have the nursery ready for babies arrival. I will not be recommending the company in future.

The worst shop ever.
I will never buy there again and will tell all of my friends and contacts not to buy there.

I bought the Tutti Bambini Rio Chest Changing unit. It arrived damaged. Nearly every piece was broken or chipped. I contacted Baby doc shop the day it arrived which was the 2nd of September. I have had very little progress in getting a replacement with back and forth emails and no solutions. Given that I am nearing my due date and have yet to receive confirmation that I will receive a replacement I am now left out of pocket and with a broken changing unit that cannot be used. I would not recommend this company.

Went to the store on a Thursday afternoon, had our new out n’ about on Saturday morning. Lovely sales assistant, knew her buggy’s. Quick and easy purchase.

Visited on recommendation from a friend. Having visited many baby shop- can say this was best experience from beginning to end with prompt delivery of items. Staff were approachable, knowledgeable, friendly- there was no upselling and the information provided was honest, useful and unbiased. Will definitely use again and recommend on to family and friends!

Ordered my pram with them, was supposed to arrive in 3-4 days and arrived in 1 working day. Pram rain cover ripped on first use and the customer service was 10/10, were in touch so fast and liaised with the brand for me to organise a replacement. highly highly recommend babydocshop!

I bought the Out ’n’ About Nipper V5 Double from BabyDoc Shop Ireland and it’s a lifesaver with my 3-month-old and 2-year-old! The buggy is light, comfortable, easy to push on all terrains, and delivery was super fast – arrived the next day. Highly recommend!

I recently placed an order for the Tutti Bambini Jonah nursing chair & am over the moon with my purchase! I ran into some difficulty with my online order, as my selection reset when I opted to pay via Apple Pay & I only noticed after I had confirmed the order. I was panicked as I had ordered the wrong coloured chair. I phoned the next morning & explained my dilemma, and was immediately put at ease and reassured that this error could be rectified! I received an order update email soon after, confirming the colour of chair had been updated. The lead time was 4 weeks but we were pleasantly surprised when it arrived after 2 weeks! Incredibly happy with the service I’ve received from Baby Doc Shop! I also received a really lovely courtesy call to see how we were finding our order & just checking that all was okay with it in general! I thought this was a lovely touch!

Ordered a Tutti Bambini cot bed and it arrived as scheduled. It was very well packaged. It is a lovely strong and sturdy cot. Very happy with purchase.

I recently ordered a car seat from babydoc shop and it was the cheapest I could find anywhere. It was delivered to me within days of ordering it and I was sent email updates at each stage. Brilliant customer service and I will be buying all my future baby equipment from them in the future.

I have used Baby Doc a few times and it as always been a very positive experience, with excellent customer service, quick delivery and really high quality products. Happy customer overall !
