Incredibly easy & seamless to buy from. Purchased a travel cot and it arrived within 48hrs as promised before checkout. Top class service.

Had great experience at the baby doc store in Dundrum, the staff was very helpful and guided our way through to find perfect car seat for our todler.. Very clear and precise instructions on discounts and hence ordered online and got delivery in sooner than expected time.

Ordered a buggy board item was dispatched the same day and arrive swiftly with DPD. Will definitely be using baby doc shop again very reasonable prices if not cheaper than other stores and delivery was very prompt.

I ordered the Bugaboo Changing Backpack online for my son and daughter-in-law, expecting their first child soon. It arrived promptly and was exactly as described. They are delighted with it! Many thanks.

I tried to order a baby product from a well known UK website. I was completely let down. It never came , my refund took forever to organise and to arrive in my account, and I could only access help from Bots that couldn’t deal with my issues satisfactorily.

I then saw the same product, for cheaper, with free delivery from Babydoc. I ordered it and there it came 3 days later as promised, and wow, a proper phone number I could call if I had an issue. And from my friendly local courier !!

Lesson learnt. I will go back to Babydoc anytime I need anything for the kids !!

Had a great experience with babydoc shop! Placed my order it was shipped the same day and delivery the very next day! Items came packaged really well and in perfect condition! Will definitely be ordering again, customer service also lovely to deal with!

I called BabyDoc ahead of ordering online and got great support that helped me make my decision in ordering. The bottle prep machine arrived in good time and in perfect condition. I'll definitely order from them again as I'd prefer to buy local where possible.

Waiting on a nursing chair that was supposed to be delivered 16th of June. The updates are standardised email templates that tell you nothing. When I call I just get a sales person who can’t tell me anything except that they will have someone email me. The email arrives with the same standardised template telling me nothing. My due date is approaching and I’m beyond stressed. The chair was paid in full back in May. It’s now too late for me to source a chair somewhere else. Will
never buy from here again.

Bought a car seat on Thursday lunchtime online, it arrived via DPD on Saturday morning.

Purchased Baby Breeza Mini and it was just what we ordered and a super fast delivery as well. Very happy parents and a baby.

Worst baby store! Do not shop here. STAY AWAY. I ordered several items and everything arrived two weeks late. On top of that, some items were incorrect, one piece of furniture came in the completely wrong color, had issues, and is visibly crooked. Parts from another item were missing, so I couldn’t even assemble it. Customer service is terrible I’ve sent multiple emails, messages on WhatsApp, and tried calling several times, but I still haven’t received any clear answer about what they’re going to do.We spent around 4,000 euros at this store expecting to receive quality products but neither the products are good nor the customer service is willing to resolve anything. It’s been an incredibly frustrating experience.

Amazing customer service

Horrible experience, I ordered a nursing chair from their Deansgrange shop with estimated delivery around 16 June, when you try to call for an update there is no direct contact for orders only “sales line” who can’t unfortunately give you an update but can request a call back on your behalf. Went into the shop and was told someone will call me back before cob and followed up today and asked to speak to a manager and was told they are only in on Monday.Still waiting for an update and no chair. Will never order again.

Ordered the tutti bambi baby changer, the delivery was so quick, the item itself took no time to assemble, and I'm absolutely in love with it.

Excellent customer service throughout, easy payments plan also which is a bonus. Grest value travel systems. Had an issue with a faulty zipper and the whole fabric was replaced no questions asked, great aftercare. Would highly recommend to other expectant mums. 💯👍

Travel system not arrived despite ordering months ago. Our baby is due in 2 weeks, had been told would be out for dispatch this week, would need to get someone to be in the house for it and radio silence from the company and no one to answer the phone. Terrified will have the baby early and no car seat to leave the hospital. We would have gone elsewhere if we knew we faced such long delays.

Updated: got a call from the owner soon after I posted this apologising profusely and said that the items would be dispatched the next day. Our only concern was in accessing our order prior to our baby arriving which has now happened so I feel it's fair to amend the review to reflect this.

Would also add the poor communication was AFTER the order and the staff in the shop on the day were fabulous in explaining the different systems to us and in the time and attention they gave us.

Really helpful in store experience, didn’t have the item but helped me order for next day delivery to my home to save me another visit!! Really lovely knowledgeable staff
