Terrible. Entire right seat basically collapsed on the frame only two years after I purchased this extremely expensive stroller. contacting the company did not do anything as I did not keep the receipt and and the part is not available anyway so they cannot even replace it if I paid would never buy this double stroller again as they do not stand by their product. Like others have mentioned they made me include us so much information only to tell me that the part is not even available. They are owned by Newell brands, who obviously doesn’t care

Worst buying experience! I bought my Baby Jogger on November 27, 2025. On November 29, 2025, I received an email that my order was canceled! On November 30, 2025, I received an email that my order is still pending, but it will be shipped as soon as possible. It has now been 12 business days since I placed my order, and I have not received my order nor an update! I cannot recommend that you order directly from their official site. Poor robotic customer service and they make it hard to contact customer service, you have to fill out a long contact form every time! This is by far the worst shopping experience I've had! I'm still waiting for my order!

I have a baby jogger city GT2 - the pram has been ok, but unfortunately the bottom section of the 5 point harness broke off then was lost. I contacted Baby Jogger to ask if they sell the replacement part so I can fix it.. it took 5 emails in which the company insisted they needed a significant amount of data from me such as serial numbers, proof of purchase etc - just to tell me they don't sell the bottom section of the harness as a replacement part, and that I'd have to by the whole seat ensemble, which costs the same as buying a new pram.

Appalling customer service, clearly only out to harvest data from you and irreparable prams that are unusable if anything breaks. Would not recommend.

Couldn’t be more disappointed - spent over £400 on a pram to then find out you have discontinued the best part about it - the snack tray! Wish I didn’t purchase and bought a brand which offers this :(

I purchased a baby jogger city select lux double pram around 1 year ago, today my brake broke and its now unusable and unsafe. I've googled the phone number to call them and it's a United States phone number and the pram is coming up discontinued, after spending all that money almost £800 on a pram I can no longer use I'm completely stuck with two little kids and no pram. Well done baby jogger what a shambles of a company!
