Schott down

I purchased a new Schott leather jacket through the Amazon website on 8.12.25
The jacket came from a dealer in Belgium and arrived very quickly.The jacket was a good fit but When I attempted to disengage the zip the pull mechanism.it came of in.my hand.Examination.of the zip.runner found the bottom tooth was missing causing the the sliding puller to.come away from the jacket
I took the jacket to a repair shop and had to settle for a new zip.mechanism at a cost of €40
I contacted shott customer.care to advise of my problem.Quick reply we only accept problems if jacket is bought from a Schott official.website.
