I had a terrible experience with this…

I had a terrible experience with this company’s customer service. I ordered a Love to Dream Swaddle Up, but they sent me the wrong item—wrong color and wrong size. Since I really needed it (as my baby sleeps much better in this swaddle due to her Moro reflex), I was willing to keep it despite their mistake. I simply asked for a discount so I could purchase the correct size, but they refused to offer even the smallest compensation.

At first, I requested a 50% discount, but they declined. I then asked for any discount, even just 10%, considering it was their mistake—but they still said no. Their unwillingness to take responsibility and lack of flexibility is beyond frustrating. They didn’t even apologize! I had informed them how much I was waiting for this product and how important it was for my daughter’s sleep, yet their response was completely dismissive.

Now, because of their mistake and poor customer support, I have to go through the hassle of returning the package, waiting more than half a month to receive the correct item. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

Graco near2me trio

CR. we bought the Graco near2me trio stroller, it is simply perfect for our needs as specified in the application at the time of purchase, it arrived on time, we are delighted with the quality of service and the product that arrived in perfect condition, hacemos la reseña en ingles al ser una aplicación internacional y esperamos que dispongan de la misma calidad de servicio que en Barcelona, España donde realizamos la compra, pagina muy recomendable y ademas acumulas puntos con tus compras!!

Worst customer service I’ve ever…

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, even though I tried to cancel my order less than a couple of hours after the purchase they wouldn’t help me… even though I haven’t received any confirmation or tracking information… so obviously they haven’t shipped it yet.. they told me I should just not pick up the package… and it would be returned… when I asked for a return label so that I could return it straight away and not have to wait 14 days they stopped answering me… I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy through this website… obviously they don’t provide any customer service or help.

I bought a Maxi Cosi baby seat set and…

I bought a Maxi Cosi baby seat set and they sent me 2 bases and I have been contacting them for 5 weeks now trying to get a return and the baby seat. They respond once a week and say they can't do anything. This company is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVEN IF THEY HAVE A DISCOUNT BETTER THEN OTHERS.

Edit: They have contacted Trustpilot 3 times to say my review is fake. And now after being promised the second half of my shipment they say they sold out of the chair and they can give me a voucher. Never ever ever buy from this store. Ever.

Edit to reply: Every country in Europe uses this page for reviews. Now that it’s bad it’s a problem?

I found everything I was looking for

I found everything I was looking for, but one of my products was cancelled after paying for it. Maybe a more update stock could help avoid the returns (not due to money return but expectation of getting what I wanted was missed).

My first package came

My first package came, didn't pick it up yet. Site seems to have nice selection of products and discount codes. The baby points seem like there's not much to gain from them, the price reduction is insignificant and only can be used after 14 days of ordering which is a disadvantage.
