Horrendous service. This company doesn’t respond to communications and also doesn’t appear to deliver the goods that you have paid for. Total scam.

Easy ordering and quick dispatch, arrived 2 days later

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I PURCHASED A RECARO CELONA 5 in 1 BUNDLE FROM THIS COMPANY IN DECEMBER ON LINE TO BE DELIVERED TO IRELAND.
I GOT IT IN 2 SEPERATE DELIVERIES WHICH WAS FINE.
THE WHEELS OF THE CHASSIS BROKE IN JANUARY AND I INFORMED THE COMPANY BY PHONE AND EMAILED THEM ON 20 JANUARY
THEN THE HOOD OF THE CARRYCOT BROKE AND I INFORMED THEM OF THIS ALSO.... I PROVIDED A VIDEO AND PHOTOS AS REQUESTED .
I WAS EVENTUALLY PROMISED A REPLACEMENT IN FEBUARY AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS AND EMAILS AND A MANAGER TOOK UP THE CASE AND EMAILED ME A TRACKING NUMBER THAT TRACKED TO PARCELFORCE ON 24th FEBUARY ....THEN IT STOPPED.
THIS SET A NEW CHAIN OF EVENTS THAT HAD BABYSECURITY BLAME PARCELFORCE WHO IN TURN BLAME CUSTOMS FOR A PARCEL THAT COULD NOT BE LOCATED.
THE PARCEL WAS SCANNED THROUGH CUSTOMS ON 11th MARCH.... YOU WOULD THINK THAT WOULD BE THE END OF IT BUT NO !!!!
IT TRANSPIRES THAT NOW IT WAS MISPLACED IN CUSTOMS IT WAS EVENTUALLY FOUND ON 25th MARCH AND WAS TO BE PROCESSED THEN.
WELL THIS IS NOW THE 30th MARCH AND HEY ..... STILL NO REPLACEMENT
STILL TRACKED TO PARCELFORCE DATED 24th FEBUARY AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED.
I GOT ON TO RESOLVER WHO IN TURN TOLD ME THAT AFTER A MONTH IM ENTITLED TO GET ON TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF THE COMPANY .. IVE ASKED FOR HIS NUMBER AND EMAIL AND IM BEING TOLD HES AWARE OF THE SITUATION. I CAN FIND HIM ONLINE BUT CANNOT FIND A NUMBER OR EMAIL MYSELF.
BEARING IN MIND IM NOW 3 MONTHS BEGGING THIS COMPANY TO
I HAVE A BABY THAT IS NOW 3 MONTHS AND CARRYCOTS ARE USUALLY FOR UP TO 6 MONTHS...... SO IT WILL BE PRACTICALLY OF NO USE WHATSOEVER TO ME SHORTLY.
I CANT USE THE OTHER PARTS OF THE BUNDLE BECAUSE THE WHEELS ARE USELESS.
GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK........
TAKE BACK THIS BUNDLE AS ITS USELESS !!!
CAN ANYONE ADVISE OR HELP ME AS TO WHAT I DO NEXT ??

I gave 1star but I don’t even think they deserve that.
It took over three months to receive the buggy that we ordered.
Eventually when we did we had to pay tax, baby security didn’t even have the decency or maturity to even offer a discount or pay for it.
Our experience has been very long and upsetting.
Though the customer service team always did get back to me, they always seemed to brush me off.
We eventually got our buggy, but sadly it had a hole in the hood of it. It had taken so long to receive this item that I was tired and overwhelmed by the sadness I felt from not being treated fairly.
All in all, a rubbish company who have no respect or understanding for customers.
Please do not buy from them or even consider from them.
A waste of time and money.

Delivery arrived late,there was no clear ownerships or accountability when enquired about the order status. When the product did finally arrive, the entire package (about 145 kegs) was left outside the building for me to move everything on my own to our flat on the 5thfloor. Extremely unprofessional behaviour by the delivery person. The worst part in the quality of the furniture itself. The wood is so flimsy that pieces chipped off while assembling - thouroughly disappointed.

After reading some reviews about the slow delivery, I was nearly put off ordering but I'm so glad I did. I found the product cheaper here than anywhere else online and I ordered at 11am yesterday and the parcel arrived at 1pm today! Amazing service, thank you.

I ordered a callowesse baby monitor from baby security which appears to be part of the same company. The picture is good and the monitor was easy to set up however I can’t have the volume on any level due to the feedback noise. I provided a video to baby security and I have been informed after a few emails that feedback is normal at this price point and they won’t refund me. They are selling a product that I can’t use to monitor my child. Their response and customer service is completely inadequate. I would avoid and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

I ordered a bedside crib 1 month ago and it was stolen in transit by DPD. I had to keep contacting babysecurity and chasing but true to their word they eventually sent me a replacement which I appreciate. Thanks.

Ordered baby gate online from these guys, promised 1-2 working days delivery and after numerous emails and almost 2 weeks later still heard nothing and no delivery
Shocking customer service and now having to go down PayPal resolution to get my money back

After my previous bad review I was contacted by a representative, the tone they used with me was unnecessary and were not interested in anything other than trying to tell me why my review was wrong. My FIRST email was sent on a Friday, I heard nothing back so rang on a Monday morning. I sent pictures of the item via email to confirm they were still in a good enough condition for a refund. Collection for the wrong item was arranged for today and no one turned up. So again I reiterate that the customer service is terrible....wonder if someone will contact me now! I just want to be able to return a pram bought for £599 - ALOT of money. With a baby on the way this is making me extremely anxious.

Been over a week and still no dispatch email even tho it stated the item would be dispatched in 2/3 days no answer to emails and no idea if I’ll even recieve the item

UPDATE: They have now responded to me to tell me the item I ordered had not been in stock for a while and they don’t know when it will be in stock this is the first communication that they have made with me they say there was an error on the website this is a joke if I had not posted the review here I would never have found out

Item was promptly delivered and easy to install however our one year old son has already managed to crawl under it as it leave a gap due to where our banister sits

Ordered a car seat. It was already on offer then I used a 10% off voucher too so it was a great price. Arrived only 2 or 3 days after ordering!

I ordered 3 products as my baby is now moving and bumping! Not expensive and all does the job!
Without paying for next day delivery, they arrived the next day!
