We bought an iMac from Babz for my daughter’s A-Level studies, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Babz gave us plenty of helpful advice about what she would need and how the system works. His communication was excellent throughout. He even came over to set up the computer personally and offered invaluable guidance during the whole process. As a thoughtful touch, he cleaned my daughter’s keyboard free of charge. Babz is clearly very knowledgeable about all Apple products, and I truly can’t fault his service—he was exceptional.

I stupidly dropped my MacBook Pro which resulted in the screen cracking. I googled Apple repair and found Babz, I was initially worried about handing a stranger my computer but I needn’t have worried! He is very polite and very helpful, he reassured me each step of the way. It was fixed and up and running in roughly 3 hours!

Fantastic service, I needed a computer with Logic Pro and Final Cut Pro and Babz helped me out with a great macbook air. Sorted me out a case as well. It's actually been 2 years since I've had this computer and I have had no issues with it whatsoever.

Contacting and getting a quote:

When calling for a quote, Babz was very friendly and to the point when asking about the issue with my mac. When I explained/showed the issues, he immediately gave a very good price for a screen replacement.

Appointment and Service:

He gave me two options for the service: New or Official Refurbished screen, for which I preferred the refurbished screen.

Because he had a refurbished screen available, he was able to replace my screen within the hour.

When I arrived we ran through the important health checks for the macbook to make sure everything worked as expected.
He also gave me a free case for the macbook

Next Day:
Babz gave a courtesy call to ensure everything works as expected and run more health checks.

Will definitely recommend to anyone I know needing their macbook fixed.

Where do I start…amazing customer service! I have bought MacBooks before from different people and defo babz one was the best one. He shows you options of different macs with different options and you can choose the one which is most suitable for you. The prices are very affordable and reasonable. When you ask a question about the macs he replies with respect and honour. There’s next day delivery service with you are not based in London with updates when he’s posting it. My MacBook Pro needed a battery replacement, so I called Babz before the Bank Holiday weekend to ask if he could help. He quoted a price up front, and ordered the part straightaway, came around to my house to pick the computer up, fixed it and returned it (again to my door!) after the Bank Holiday.
Babz comes across as a bit of a 'geezer' at first (which made me nervous), but he turned out to be reliable, quick, and true to his word. A diamond geezer!

Fast, efficient, friendly service. Gave me a range of options. The work was done on time and at cost. The upgrade - which I didn't know was available - saved me money and time. An entirely positive experience.

BabzMac was amazing honestly.. my laptop was old and has loads of issues and many services refused to fix it. But Babzmac was able to fix it in 2 days and very efficiently.. highly recommed BabzMac.. best service..

Babz did an excellent job on my 10 year old MacBook. He cleaned out the internal dust and serviced the boards and replaced the battery. It feels like a new laptop with no overheating and kernel issues now after a few process heavy tasks.
