My 8 year old MacBook Pro needed a look at and a new battery. I called Apple uk they couldn’t help as they don’t work with the older laptops. So I checked all laptop engineers in North London, East London and Essex. Babz was the best one review wise and that he specified knowledge in Apple. I needed someone who is a Master in the Apple trade, not a jack of all trades. Babz didn’t disappoint and in 24 hours my laptop was fixed and running like new! My mac book pro late 2011 was not booting up. Babz found the issue very quickly with the AMD GPU.

I recently bought (May 2020) a late 2008 Macbook Pro from Babz via eBay and both the Mac and the service from him were absolutely great. He rang me straight after my purchase to confirm I was happy, knew what I had bought and told me when to expect delivery. The macbook pro was excellent value for £220 and as good as you could expect for a secondhand machine. Babz was polite, courteous, well informed and knowledgeable. I fell for this scammers gift of the gab whose cloak fell off when I called when my computer stopped working.

Suddenly he was no longer the kind caring IT guy he portrayed himself to be but became aggressive violent and threatened to come around my house and beat me up like he was part of a criminal gang.

I recently bought a MacPro 5.1 with monitor, mouse and keyboard from BabzMac Services via Ebay. The after sales care from Babz has been nothing short of amazing. Within 15 minutes of my purchase, Babz phoned me directly to discuss the item and any queries I might have, promised to have it packed and dispatched the next day, and to send photos and a video of the packing, which he did. He sent me regular updates on it's delivery and phoned to check it had arrived safely.
He is a lovely guy, a genuine enthusiast, who is extremely knowledgable about the products he sells, so much so, that I bought a second monitor from him which arrived in 2 days.
