Back2Schools has been an excellent, easy-to-use website for me this year. I have three children and lot's of last minute shopping needs. Luckily I found Back2Schools who completely aced it and provided me all the sizes for school uniforms I needed. Well Done 👏

I couldnt find trousers to fit my teenager i found back 2school on google and they had trousers to fit my boy will be using back to school again

Awful skirts horrible material stupidly small sizes

Supposed to be next day delivery costing £9.99 and comes days later amazing

I ordered some school trousers but they didn’t fit so I had to request a returns form which I didn’t receive I tried to request it again but still haven’t received anything poor service

Unfortunately totally bad sizing of skirt. Ordered 15/16 for a very tall 9 year old. So small could even get on. Length alright but width absolutely ridiculous. Don’t even think would fit a 5/6 year old. Totally disgusted as had been waiting for parcel and had to have redelivered. Therefore did not try shirts as expected the same. Expect prepaid return in this instance. Have entered 1 * as no facility for no stars.

I gave the one star as I can't give no stars as this company I found on google whilst I was looking for some school trousers for my son which I couldn't find the size trousers I want from anywhere else, so i ordered a 2 pack of trousers from this company and i paid for 1-2 days shipping and i was meant to receive them by yesterday the latest so i message them asking where my order is and i got no response from them so i left it till this morning as i still haven't received my item and message them again and still no reply but luckily my item turned up and I only received 1 pair of trousers out of the 2 pairs i paid for so I advise everyone please do not use this company avoid them as I think everyone can tell I am very disappointed.

I am trying to sent the items back. Ignorant clear how to do it, and when I request a return through the website, it does nothing at all. Skirts are very nice and good quality but not big enough for my daughter.

I was charged 3 delivery charges for 1 delivery and i have tried to arrange a return because the size being incorrect.
I have submitted 2 return forms and emailed the company 3 times no response!

28.8.2020 still received no reply! My next step will be to contact Trading Standards. Emailed them again! Finally received a response!

29.8.20 Requested a refund on 2 of the 3 delivery charges due to the clothes being delivered in 1 parcel which did not cost £29.97! No reply.

10.9.2029 received an email on 7.9.2020 saying i had been refunded. Today the 10th no refund!

This is not acceptable!
