I reached out to my salesperson AJ who put me in touch with the support team, Joseph & Cassie. The team got the problem solved quickly and followed up with a phone call to make sure it was solved, all is good!

Derrick was soooo patient, knew exactly what I needed done and helped me accomplish it! He was so kind, made sure I understood the steps I needed to take to get my project uploaded and shared. I wish every company was that nice!

Back At You has been so helpful to my social media marketing and seller lead generation. Called the support center and Derek answered. He was patient and very clear in explaining all my questions and made me more understanding the system and how to use the product to its most.

I received a call back from Joseph regarding an email I sent to your company. I explained to him that back in January, I had called to inform someone that my Facebook account might have been compromised. At that time, I was assured that there were no issues with my account and that advertising on my platforms was still possible. However, recently, I found myself locked out of my Facebook account for reasons unknown. BAY is an easy way to have consistent and effective social media posts. The design studio is an excellent addition, I can create my own posts and click a button to share to social, and advertise when desired.

Allison was amazing, a Virgo just like me! ;) She was amazing. She was so patient with how clueless I was in the first half of the call just trying to set up our remote session. We weren't able to connect the page I wanted since it was tied to an old account I no longer have access to so I had to start all over with the page I created with my brokerage. I was dreading having to start fresh but luckily she was able to walk me through inviting people to follow my new page and provide me a better understanding of the system. In the end, now that everything is in motion I'm glad my initial request didn't work out !!
